The restful tranquility of the surrounding landscape and the refreshing vitality of the sea are reflected in the warmth of the welcome at Corcreggan Mill. Excellent facilities and top class attention to detail make for an unforgettable escape.

I stayed in the railway rooms recently with my two children who were delighted with this fun and quirky accommodation. The beds were so comfortable and bedding was of a hotel standard. 
Behind the railway rooms there is a large comfortable and cosy living area, complete with living room, dining area and well kitted out kitchen with huge gas oven. Everything was absolutely spotless and showers were piping hot.
Corcreggan Mill is beautiful, with  accommodation suitable for all as there are self contained apartments and even a B&B. 
We really enjoyed the honesty bar with some excellent live music provided from some talented local musicians.
If you are looking for a fun place to take the family, this place will not disappoint. The staff are friendly and always on hand if you need anything and it’s a short drive or taxi ride to a lively Dunfanaghy where there’s always something happening. This is an easy 5 stars from me.

Superb campsite. Travelled all over Ireland in my motor home and this place is one of the very best. Individual tarmac places with water and electric hook up. Toilet, shower and camp lounge/kitchen. Beautiful country side just outside Dunfanaghy and stunning Tramore Beach. Five star !

Just back from a fabulous few days away with the family and 🐕 stayed in a bell tent.
For a family of five the tent was very spacious, lovely boho decor and the extra details really elevated the camping experience, from the electric blanket on the double, mats on floor, bedside lights and good quality clean and cosy bedding all made for a very comfortable stay.
The shared kitchen facilities allow for easy self catering, with every utensil you might need, shared fridge and large cooker, as well as outside bbq area.
The grounds are tranquil, with a beautiful meandering stream and quiet area to sit, enjoy listening to the water and contemplate. Solar lights at night just added to the atmosphere.
Lots of nooks and crannies to explore, games net for kids/adults.
All topped off with  wonderful music and smores by the campfire on Friday night, what more could you want.
Any staff we met were super helpful and friendly and it was lovely to chat to travellers from all over Europe.
If you're looking to enjoy some peaceful rural rustic charm, this is the place for you. We will enjoy another visit next year!

I'm on my mums phone, me and my parents have just stayed in your amazing b&b it's such a relaxing wonderful place for all ages ,everything has clearly been thought through thoroughly there's lots of beautiful places to relax ,I even made a few friends! , I would highly highly recommend the staff are amazing and hard working everything from the breakfast too the views were all perfect I can't put into words how much I love the place ,from oisin

We just want to thank you for the wonderful experience we had last weekend during our stay at Corcreggan Mill.
The Mill, the Railway Carriages, the Stream, the Gardens, the Boat, the Camping areas and  the Main House and how it's all divided up is a beautiful, magical setting.
The detailed touches, such as the flame-like night-light torches, the flora, the trees  adds to the beauty of the place. The peace and tranquility, the birdsong , all added to a wonderful experience.
 We really experienced a very warm welcome, and even enjoyed our chats with other visitors during our stay.
 We are definitely coming back for another stay in the near future.

What a setting for a relaxing getaway with your loved one.
Having stayed in the bell tents and house with my kids I thought it was time to take my girlfriend to this fantastic parts of the world. We stayed in the apartment this time (absolutely amazingly finished inside and out)
The site is so relaxing, great base for beaches, friendly pubs and restaurants and the staff and owners are amazingly friendly and welcoming.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life either with or without the kids.

Very hospitable and offer a unique experience.  Historical site that appreciates the heritage look and feel. Out in the country yet close enough to do things. Car is a must. Towns people very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Everything was as it should be. Addressed our request quickly and cheerfully.

What a Gem of a stay. A hidden home from home. Friendly atmosphere and excellent service with a country feel and a genuine care for your stay.

We spent two night and the place is magical.

Amazing place to stay with loved ones

This is a stunning place with great views and the accommodation is perfect for a weekend getaway. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean and the decor is really nice. On arrival the welcome pack is very informative. It’s in a handy location- 2 mins drive to Dunfanaghy Main Street  and 5-10 mins from Marblehill beach. I’d highly recommend Corcreggan as a getaway for families, small or large groups. 10/10 from me.

Cory and Sara’s Donegal experience

Just returned from a wonderful week away with my extended family at The Mill. Ideal in so many ways, the accommodation with its large kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge with fireplace as well as its bar room & attic space and all bedrooms double or double plus sizes with most being en-suite. On top of this the location In beautiful Donegal with opportunities to climb mountains, beach walks , sea swimming & fishing and the local pubs in Dunfanahey being close by.       The hosts were also very welcoming and responsive to our requests. Thank you. 
Would highly recommend for large group get aways.

Excellent place for big family holiday

This was a beautiful spot.  Our first time there and it certainly won’t be the last.  It was a nice peaceful site.  Just what the doctor ordered.  The staff were very friendly.  It also has a food counter which do fish and chips and breakfast.  Major plus.  Not sure about the winter months.

We recently had a lovely 3 night stay in The West Wing apartment at Corcreggan Mill. Our lasting impression was what a fantastic set up Corcreggan really is. We had booked prior to the policy change in dogs being allowed in the apartments and were grateful for the owners permitting us to bring our small dog . ( Dogs are permitted to stay in some other options on Corcreggan Mill site including The Glamping area I believe).

The West Wing apartment is very well presented in all manners with careful thought having been given to the decor . The most enjoyable aspect personally was the superb outside spaces available within the Mill grounds which my our dog enjoyed exploring each morning with carefully laid out paths along streams etc 

On our final night we used the on site Fish and Chips facility which was excellent and matched any of the meals we had at restaurants in Dunfanaghy itself. All in all an excellent experience at Corcreggan and we certainly hope to return, perhaps trying the converted boat accommodation which is dog friendly I believe.

Excellent place to stay near Dunfanaghy 

Wonderful place! We were traveling North for the evening and called to get a room for the night. So glad we stayed here.  The room worked for what we needed (if we were staying longer we would have opted for one of the apartments). Towels are nice and SOFT! We walked the property the morning we were leaving and found hidden places. This location is for everyone one. If your hiking or cycling the country there are Hostel rooms, small tent spots, yurt style tents with beds . Something for every traveler.  The hospitality is top notch.
