Lovely B&B . Mary is a great host. She works hard to make her guitars feel comfortable. The house is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good and the location is perfect for exploring the coastline and for traveling into the city.

Excellent situation near Dart station and Sandy Cove sea front. Very quiet . Rooms are spacious well equipped and confortable. Owners are amenable and please to give local information. Highly recomendable. Breakfast sufficient but don’t expect a “ full Irish”. Will certainly go back(if they have availability!!)

Lovely big, comfortable and very clean room. Very quiet. Close to the Dart and the beach. Our host was lovely - attentive and lots of great information for the area. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful B&B with a wonderful host. Mary was so friendly and helpful.  The room was very nice.  A good size with a nice bathroom.  Bed was very comfy and everything was clean and neat.  The location is great.  The train is just a couple short blocks. Mary gave us several suggestions within a block or two from the B&B for some great restaurants. Parking available.  The Main Street by the water is just down the street.  Lots to see all along the road.  We had to be in Dublin on a Sunday morning before the trains were running and our cab ride was around 25 euros and we were there in 15 minutes.  The food was very good and Mary had gluten free for me.  I highly recommend Windsor Lodge.  I hope to go back.

Mary was very accommodating of an early check-in and even put out breakfast fixings just for us when our schedule had us leaving before normal hours.  Location is very convenient, just a 2 minute walk to airport bus stop and train line into Dublin (25 minute ride).  In quiet neighborhood just a stone's through from Dublin Bay.  Several fine restaurants for dinner within 5 minute walk.

Windsor Lodge is a beautiful house a stones throw from the beach and east level walking distance from all the attractions of Don Laoghaire. Our room was clean and comfortable with a small en-suite. The bed was large and comfortable. There is no noise externally or internally. 

Mary is a perfect hostess

Breakfast was just as we like it.  No tv or radio in light airy breakfast room. Quiet and peaceful. Fresh plain yoghurt fruit granola nuts and seeds. Anything you want cooked to order. Decent fresh coffee. 

Beautifully keep home with a wonderful location. Near the train station and sea. Easy to vivsit Dublin and see the sights and return to a quiet smaller town for your evening meal and rest.Great eating choices within a few blocks.

We have visited Mary and Tony's house a few times over the years and have always had the same warm and friendly stay. The rooms are comfortable with ensuite in most rooms. But a family bathroom is also available and screened off for a more personal touch if wanted. Mary serves a great breakfast of either fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal or a full Irish breakfast, with both black and white puddings, delicious!! Mary will also offer scrambled, boiled or poached eggs if you can't manage her full Irish. Nothing is too much trouble for Mary. Both her and her 'Old Man' ( an English term, nothing rude!) have a wealth of local knowledge. They always find time to pass it on. Just a few minutes away from the Dart (train) station and bus route, which is the best way to go to Dublin. They are also a stone's throw away from the Sandycove beach area. Which is lovely to walk along on a summer evening eating an ice cream from Teddy's . Windsor Lodge is a must stop B&B. Thinking about our next visit already. Keep up the great work Mary and Tony

Have been a regular here over the years and again this. Friendly owners, nothing too much trouble. Great breakfasts and room. 30 sec walk to sea, 2 min to dart station for the city. Would recommend to all. Will return

Second stay here. Can be hard to get a room as very popular. This B and B is a few seconds walk from the sea and a few minutes from the Dart station. Mary, the owner, is very helpful and kind. Has lots of ideas about places to go and restaurants. Rooms very comfy. Some with sea views or glimpses. A real home from home.
