Room was spacious & provided enough counter space for laying out belongings to pack & unpack. The accessible walk in bathroom was good; would have preferred to have a shower chair. Front desk staff was pleasant; special mention to Samson & Swetan (hotel greeters) who were very helpful in operating the manual lift that helped my husband who has limited mobility.
