There was over 20 of us who stayed here for two nights for a hen doo and couldn't really complain. Was walking distance to Dublin city center, temple bar etc. Big rooms and all the facilities you'd need. Not the best but for the price what do you really expect, we was too busy out drinking enjoying the sun to be bothered.

Couch broken 
Sheets dirty
Fire alarm went off 6:30am Sunday morning, no staff there to sort it out. 
Most depressing place I've ever stayed

Worse than any student flat I've ever lived in/been to

Poorly maintained rooms, old furniture, uncomfortable beds, not particularly clean, noisy.  Perhaps it could be a good option for groups of youngsters since the rooms are pretty big and - when the price is shared - it can be quite cheap. But, generally, I would not recommend it.

Where to begin! Very rarely have staff available, no contact before 11am and sporadic afterwards.

Hot water works but the pump is in the bedroom so you need ear plugs any time a tap is on, along with drowning out the noise of everyone else drunk.

Students and drunks, so people smoke and surprise surprise 6am smoke alarm and building evacuated.

Lots of lights don't work.

Lock barely works if you play with it you can get it but never first time.

Lift is broken (6 floors- free exercise).

Woke up with bites (take your own conclusions).

Worn tacky and dirty.

That's probably enough info, benefits I suppose next;
- it's dry.



Noisy, dirty, and terrible beds

I spent five days here with my family.
Pros: very well located, we could go walking almost everywhere in Dublin, even to Phoenix Park. Also there is a very nice pub area next to it (go to Rilley's on thursday, fri or sat if you can!) The apartament was big and clean, too. And the folks working there were quite nice, our tin openers were broken and they gave us a new one in no time. 

Contras: the bathroom seemed quite old, as well as the rest of the furniture. But you would not feel lonely in the bath tube, we found a spider! Also the WiFi signal was a little of, it came and then was gone.... and the pipe water tube was very noisy when charging, and inside the bedroom
