DO NOT STAY HERE. These people stole money from my credit card claiming “I never returned the keys” to the apartment and that they needed to keep my $280 deposit for that. When I explained to them that I did return the keys and put them in the mailbox that they asked  me to they said they couldn’t find them told me they had a picture of my credit card would be charging me. The check in process was a nightmare and very sketchy. The guy who checked me in made me meet him at a hospital
across the street and then got in my car and wanted me to drive him there because he doesn’t drive and it was far too complicated to find on your own. They have literally 50 locks in and out of this building it was a huge process to even leave or get in. I am a touring musician and travel 250 days of the year and this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Take my advice and stay far away from this place unless you want to be at risk of them having a picture of your credit card and keeping a $280 deposit for anything they want and them stealing you credit card info and keeping it on their iPhone for personal use.

I booked a single room through AirBnB and the process couldn't have been quicker or easier. Overall, I cannot imagine accommodation seekers will find a lower-cost or better value for money offering near the centre of the international party city that is Dublin! However, the overall complex in which the apartments reside have sterile and hollow corridors with no carpets, all of which causes even the smallest of noises to echo around, day & night. For example, I could hear: every conversation in the next room; every door that was opened or closed in the corridor leading to my room; every key that was inserted into a lock; and every time the communal toilet or shower was used. So, do pick this place if budget is the primary criteria, but perhaps reconsider again if peace and quiet is the primary criteria.

Cheap - Yes! Value-for-Money Yes! Quiet, Peaceful & Restful - Absolutely Not!

We stayed here for two nights while touring the city of Dublin.  It took us a while to find the building because the signage isn't that great, but once we were settled we were happy to be there!  It is a quiet, modern complex and is centrally located in Dublin.  You can walk everywhere!  We had a great time touring the city and returning to our unit to sleep and relax. We had our own bathroom in the master suite. I would recommend staying here.  There is some city noise but that's to be expected in the middle of a city!

Great location in central Dublin

Cheap (for Dublin standard), clean and near city center. A bit worn out, and aparment complex is as if you're in a labirinth :) Be shure to bring ear pluggs and mask for sleeping if you're a light sleeeper.

Value for money

Great apartments, centrally located in Dublin, walk distance for most things.  Rooms were nice.  Clean, comfortable, and a kitchen for making breakfast or late night snacks.  Definitely a affordable place to stay in Dublin.  Also washer and dryer in each apartment.  Entertaining driver from airport was great.

Great Stay at Ivy Exchange Apartments

The apartment is at a central location in Dublin. 20 minutes walk to Trinity College. There is a Tesco right next door for groceries. Number of restaurants for you to eat. Clean and quiet apartment. We stayed in the room with ensuite bathroom. Really comfortable and spacious. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
