Very friendly stuff.cozy rooms .bar on spot. Snacks too. Smoking area .wifi for all amsterdam during stay not only in city hub  but anywhere u go. Nice clean bathrooms and shower rooms.rele worth stay.coming back in November coz it was so good  

We had a lovely time in Belfast, the apartment was central for everything, and so well set up. Very well run and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return and book an apartment with Jonathan again. Attention to detail was fabulous.

We stay here a few times a year and I can honestly say we have never have a problem with staff. I'm just back from renting 2 apartments one that sleeps 5ppl and a 2sleep apartment. 
The apartments are well kitted out and clean, the staff are only a call or text away if you need any help.
I always book threw booking.com and then Patricia will email me to confirm my booking, she has always been more than nice and helpful to me. Booking again tonight for November.  

We stayed for two nights and the girl met us by special arrangement at 10pm ( flight times fault not ours ) so was a bit narked she charged us £25,,the tap fittings all loose,,toilet seats wonky and hair all over the bathroom floor ,i gave it top marks as was well equipped with basics ( very appreciated ) and the beds were suprisingly comfy,,could have done with twin beds in one room as oppose to two doubles,shower in en suite seemed slughish but we felt safe in here in a strange city with minnimal noise,,quite home from home on a relaxing front,dont feel the negatives deserve a mark down as i have a wonky tap at home too,,the late fee was the only
Serious gripe (£25 extortionate ) and the beds is more a personal need than a general fault ,iwould stay here again and the mace below is a god send

Lovely Apartment

Pig-ignorant, rude and obnoxious with the customer service skills of a damp towel are the best (PG) words to describe the 'owner' Patricia Harkin.  There was a misunderstanding over the check-out time, we thought it was 1pm and not the unreasonable 11am however that does not justify the way in which she barged into the apartment screaming, shouting and cursing at us like a crazy woman.  Professionalism at its highest... Despite refusing to pay an extra £40 that was being demanded it was processed against my card anyway.  Wish I had read tripadvisor first as per the negative reviews on here I am not the first person so encounter issues with this crowd.  My advice, book a hotel...
