This was our first trip to Belfast.  Hotel was only a few minutes walk from the 300 Bus stop.  Room very comfortable.  Approx 20 mins walk to titanic quarter and 5 mins to city centre. 

We had food in the Bar & Block restaurant for breakfast and and evening meal.  Both of which were really good. 

Highly recommend this hotel for the location for sightseeing 

The absolutely best place to stay in the heart of Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter. Pubs, restaurants, shopping and the city centre right in your doorstep. Fab friendly staff and comfy and clean rooms. I will be back!  

A great hotel for me, my partner and little ones! Our room had everything we needed! Staff went above and beyond for us and so friendly! The location was fantastic as we had little feet with us, we didn’t need to walk far to get where we needed to go. 100% recommend

Went for a Premier plus room and was very satisfied. The staff were all very pleasant. Having the Bar and Block Steakhouse attached was great and the cocktails were lovely. The room was very comfortable and we had no issues. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Great hotel and location. Slept really well and the blackout curtains meant we could lay in. The location was very central to Belfast and we were never more than a 10 minute walk from where we wanted to go. 

We loved our stay here. Location of hotel is great, close to city centre, helpful friendly staff, rooms have all you need, very comfy beds and great competitive price. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay in a very comfortable family room The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is just short walk from some great bars, shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurant was very pleasant too. Will definitely visit again

Excellent value for money. great location with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. The breakfast is fantastic and kids always love it making it a highlight of the trip. Friendly staff and will definitely return 

We could get everywhere we wanted to go in Belfast by foot from the hotel. The cathedral Quarter has loads of restaurants and bars. The city centre began just around the corner and the bridge to the Titanic area was just over to the side beyond the cathedral and clock tower. Crumlin Gaol was a 20 minute walk.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Magda at breakfast who advised on places to go and gave us a map and leaflets. Room had everything we needed. Breakfast plentiful and pastries lovely and warm. Really enjoyed our stay and packed a lot in.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times after evening flight arrivals to Belfast.Good value,friendly service,Plus room was good,comfortable bed.Breakfast was good,slight gripe is the free Ultimate wi fi signal was at times weak and dropped out intermittently.Will stay here again when back in Belfast in few months.

We arrived before check in and they stored our bags whilst we explored. We had to have 2 rooms and they do not have connecting room, our adult son is autistic and no longer qualifies for a family room, but we were given rooms opposite and a key to his room, which was ok for a night. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Downside the bins outside stank. The room was the new style and were clean and very nice. The new showers were great. One room faced the street and there was no noise. But as for the bar & block restaurant we would give it a miss. You can get better value breakfast locally and we went in the evening, it is advertised as opening at 4 but didn't until 5. We returned later to have a few drinks and dessert but the told us and 4 others parties that the kitchen had just literally closed at 2140! The miserable female staff were a bit of a out off too.

Great night's sleep in Premier Plus room

Perfect location.

We stayed a few days between Christmas and New Year, the room was comfortable and warm, with a few nice touches such as water and coffee (we had a Premier Plus room). At check in no one had told us that the rooms were no longer cleaned daily, so we were disappointed that when we had been out all day to come back to a room which still had dirty cups and glasses and no replaced tea/coffee. As there are no longer phones in the room you have to go down to reception to sort out any issue. The guy on reception wasn’t helpful and said the no cleaning is in the terms and conditions (it’s not, I checked). He said he’d send clean cups up, after 30 minutes he hadn’t so we went down again, he then said he hadn’t got any so if we wanted some we would need to go to the bar and get them from there. We were concerned about the lifts…the “0” button had tape holding it on and the “2” was missing leaving an exposed control panel. We did try another lift right by our room, which had no lights in and when we pushed the down button nothing happened (apart from a strange noise), so we got out of it immediately. The location was great and for that alone I would recommend this hotel, as you sort of know what you’re going to get for a reasonable price.
