This 'modernist' style house is a real find. The hosts are very welcoming, organised and professional. Everything is of a high standard: the comfortable bedrooms, interior decor; delightful gardens and the healthy breakfasts. The garden setting makes for an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. The location is very good for  the University Hospital and the city centre, both of which are a fairly short drive. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for the 1st time as i am often in Waterford and this place was in the perfect location.
Situated in the south of the city its perfect for exploring Dunmore etc and ideal for the Hospital and anything in that side of the city.( i find Waterford difficult to travel across due to traffic at times)
The house is superb and in an excellent area , i really liked the design , quite unusual and almost Highlander style with wooden fascia and balcony.
The gardens are spectacular and a patio area catches the morning sun, nice place to enjoy coffee looking over the garden and surrounded by flowers.
House is spacious and cleverly done where you feel part of the house but also afforded as much privacy as you desire.
The room i stayed in was large and had all the usual requirements , worth noting the large comfortable bed with quality linen.
Being far off the main road i slept really well and was aware of the silence.
For me breakfast was one of the best ive had in Ireland , small touches , the eggs are from the hens kept in the gardens , the herbs and salads the same.
I enjoy cooking myself and the menu was superb and varied and the end product top notch. The breakfast room was bright and airy and i liked the radio on with  Morning Ireland , i thought that was a nice touch.
Anyways , i really enjoyed the stay and the hosts were very welcoming.
Its a pity we dont use B&B's as much as the impersonal hotels that pervade Ireland , this is an example of Irish hospitality at its finest and should be prominent in anyone's plans for a trip to the sunny south east.

Booked one night at short notice. Place is in beautiful surroundings and our room was very clean. They made us feel very welcome. Would recommend to anyone. Close to Waterford and to Waterford airport. 5 stars.

Greeted like friends, treated like family, beautiful quiet room with 2 balconys, immaculate and spacious, the food was divine, eggs fresh from the hens and salad from the garden, delicious local produce, the most beautiful grounds and heavenly view....all in all excellent break away :-)

A lovely B&B really clean, luxury decorated, very comfortable and with the most pleasant hostess. I would certainly return. The facility is just superb with the balcony view and the clean comfortable bedroom. We arrived very late and had to leave very early, even before breakfast but the hostess made every effort to accommodate and welcome us. Good value too. Will certainly return.
