This hotel has a shopping area on the ground floor. Met the staff at reception desk, Gethia she is warm and polite assisted as well this is mu first stay but the hotel give me a good impression the hotel location also best decision. The rooms huge and clean the amenities complete, toiletteries has a good scene. Love the balcon area at the 5th floor you can enjoy and have a cup.of coffee while seeing the beautiful of jakarta. love their food also, breakfast favorite menu is dimsum and love their American breakfast also
