Recognizing my stay from 10 years ago, he welcomed me like family, upgraded my room to a suite, and sent fresh fruits—an incredibly thoughtful touch. His kindness continued throughout my stay, always ensuring my comfort. Beyond DEDE, every staff member, from housekeeping to the breakfast team, provided one-on-one service with genuine warmth—never expecting tips, only focused on guest satisfaction.
