We came across this homestay by sheer luck! After leaving our other accommodation due to a fellow guest intimidating us (terrible experience!) we were approached by the owner of Brata as we walked down Hanoman.. He was lovely and seemed genuinely worried about us walking around late at night and asked if we needed somewhere to stay. He said he had a homestay nearby and they would love to have us - $20 a night breakfast included - to which we all obliged! The grounds here are beautiful, the rooms spotless and super comfortable beds! They made us delicious banana Jaffles with fresh fruit for breakky plus tea/coffee.. We will be going to see rice terraces with them later. I recommend this place to anyone looking for cheap quality accom in a great location!!!
