What an amazing experience! We had 5 nights in this peaceful idyll in the jungle and it was wonderful. The rooms are very grand, the food very tasty with both local and western dishes, and the infinity pool fantastic. We will never forget the experience of sitting in the pool and watching the monkeys play. Not only are the facilities lovely, but the staff make you feel so special through their hard work and care. My wife had a massage each day with the wonderful Maria. Ilo looked after us by the pool and at meal times alongside the team, and Darwin was always there to ensure everything was perfect. One suggestion id make is for the hotel to carry some snacks (e.g. crisps, chocolat bars) and maybe an ice cream freezer. I say this as you could only really order proper meals and sometimes my kids (and me!) just wanted a snack. I do understand that the hotel has to be careful with this as it could attract wildlife and that may explain why they discourage outside food. Other suggestion is if they could have a treadmill or two that would be great as my wife who enjoys a long walk felt a bit stuck at times as not too easy to find a walk around the hotel
