August 2012 visiting Ubud and I didn't book in advance so I had to move hotels and this place was a couple of doors up. The staff are helpful and friendly, the bed was comfortable and clean. Rooms are bright, tiled floors with inside bathrooms that are fairly modern. The water pressure wasn't great, but that's not unusual here. The cost was very cheap I think I paid 150,000 for a single including breakfast. I had an upstairs room with a big balcony overlooking the rice patties, was very quiet and yet close walking distance to Hanuman St. Really well located for walking distance to the Yoga Barn. It doesn't have a pool, but that's the only thing missing - really good value.
