We stayed for 3 nights in Oriza Hotel. I had doubts at first, because my friend booked the rooms for us before I read its review in Trip Advisor. But when I came, I am so amazed. The room was clean and no bad smell. The bed sheets was comfy and not itchy. The bathroom was alright but its hot water made everything even better. They changed the towels every morning. The food was a very good Indonesian cuisine, I think. And it's located near Airlangga University which is the place where I worked/studied for the weekend. I am very satisfied!
