Only 100 mt. from the dolphin monument and beach, good option. Nice pool area, room are clean and confie, owners are a lovely family. No bad things, my stay was pleasant 100%. Good wifi in the bar area, very quiet even if is facing a small street.

Location of this place is good. There are beach, dolphin statue and restaurants close to it. We paid 150 000 Rp for night. We had a fan in our room and it worked well. Hot and cold water worked also. We had a nice view from our room to the garden. There was a swimmingpool but we did not use it. Breakfast was good, there were many options. Staff was helpful. We ordered shuttlebus and some trips from they.

Nice location

Good option in Lovina

The male manager of this place is a pushy tout, far too aggressive in his approach to sell you a trip, dolphin watching and so on.  We felt quite harrassed by him and resented his continual asking of the same questions again and again when we had already answered him.  We did feel like subjects of sales pushes and not guests.

The room was ok.  Nice balcony.  However this place is very noisy at night due to an extremely loud bar over the road which booms out until 3am.

Not the place to stay if you want a good sleep and rest.  The towels were dirty and full of holes.
The internet was not working for half of our stay.
Not recommended.

Just ok place to stay

twin bed room very large but full of mosquitoes. I had to cover myself with the blanket to avoid getting bitten  so I clearly did not enjoy the night. The swimming pool is small but beautiful. The hotel is 5mn from the beach which is not very nice to swim in. The sunset is amazing though. The staff really want you to book their snorkeling/diving tour but I think they are overpriced... You can find cheaper price for the hotel and the tour...

You can find better!

My fiancé and I arrived in Lovina and immediately upon arrival a man approached us about staying in these cottages. For 300,000 rupiahs a night we figured it was a good location (close to beach) and the room seemed good enough. As soon as we agreed the man had one of his friends come sit down with us and convince us to do a bunch of excursions. We were hassled for an hour about this which was frustrating. 
The room was dirty, they shut the water off during the night so if you get up early you won't have any water (making it tricky if you're doing sunrise tours). No soap or anything provided in the room. Wifi didn't work in the room at all. Long story short - 
Wouldn't stay here again. Not worth 30$ a night.
