The first thing we noticed was the gorgeous location and the second thing we noticed was how sincerely helpful and friendly the staff is. Our room was delightful - good enough to want to move in permanently or at least to rent it for months on end. The meals were well prepared and delicious. We were there for a good amount of time and a more expansive menu would have been welcomed. We were there during the late Nov. 2017 eruption of Mount Agung (we had ring side seats from our balcony) and the staff took great care to see that all of our needs were met. Most tourists had left, but because of how comfortable we became there, we decided to ride it out with the staff. We are planning to go back to Villa Karma Loka, aka Lihat Sawah Guest House.
