I stayed there for 3 nights. The staffs were so friendly. They also prepared masks in my room. 
Mr. Bambang and the whole team was very welcoming. Everyone was so smiley. 
I will definitely come again to feel the hospitality.

I suggest to book room with pool access. So worth it!!

We spent 3 nights at Summerhome Umasari in Seminyak and it was a great stay. The rooms are very spacious and have an elegant look and feel, very tastefully done. The bathroom is also spacious and nice. There isn't much of a view from the room, but never mind. The hotel is nicely located in a very quiet residential area and most of the famous landmarks, restaurants and pubs in Seminyak are not too far away, making it ideal.

The staff is courteous and very helpful. Bike rentals can be arranged, but one would need to intimate the front desk the previous night. They also have tie-ups with agencies for day tours to Nusa Penida and other activities (bargaining recommended). 

The breakfast options can be improved. We ate our breakfast outside every day as we wanted to explore as well. All in all, a very satisfactory and comfortable stay at very affordable prices.

Great property, wonderful stay!

The rooms at Summerhome Umasari are decorated in a really nice way and are very spacious, there was not much of a view from the window but the rooms were filled with natural light. The staff here are lovely and helpful. The location is good, a 20 minute walk from the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants, it was easy to walk to everything I needed. The swimming pool is very small and doesn't get much sunlight so didn't use it once, but it is close enough to the beach that I did not stay. Overall this hotel is very good value for money and I would stay again, as a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and safe here.

Was in the room 102 for 3 nights stayed 
It located in front of the pool that was not really cleaned and nobody swim at that time
The room was spacious and clean
Even though they only have refrigerator and heater as cooking stuff
But I like the bathroom it was cleaned and spacious enough
I didn’t try the food tho

Stayed in summertime over the weekend with my husband and toddler. Had a mixed review over the stay.
Pros:
Good location, near to shops and food but still located in a private residence with good security.
For the price, it is well bargain for.
Polite and helpful staff

Needs improvement:
I really do not know where the mosquitoes are from. Every night I kill about 5-6 and some are still flying around, despite me closing the door quickly when we enter.
Cleanliness need improvement. My toddler boy dropped his toy underneath the bed. The layer of dust can be seen.
The staff needs to enforce some rules to the guest. For 2 nights, the guests come back "high" at 1 am, the floors to the 2nd level are thin, so we can hear them stomping up. Then at 3 am, u can hear someone preparing food and cooking food in the kitchen.

Therefore, this may not be suitable for families with young toddler but will be good for others.

Stayed over the weekend.. pros and needs improvement

We just spent a week in this lovely hotel.
The location is very convenient, close to coll cafes and restaurants...to walk around...or if you decide to rent a motorbike as well.
The guys who work there are absolutely the sweetest and the kindest! 
The swimming pool is a little one..but you have the coast at 5 minutes...so we barely used it.
Room make up was impeccable every morning and a humble but delicious complementary breakfast was served every day.
The room had air conditioning ,tv, private bathroom and a window with no much view but with great light! 
Recommend if you are travelling on a budget as we are!

Nice spot

Very good place for who looks for quite in near seminyak. Good taste of breakfast and the staff so helpfull. You can request what you eat for breakfast night before and choose what time it must be ready

Clean room and helpfull staff

Stayed in this hotel with my friends last weekend. We were looking for a cozy hotel in the heart of seminyak, but we had trouble finding cozy accommodation with affordable rate at first. Then i stumble across this little gem. The rate was idr400k per night. Which fell within our budget. We finally chose this hotel because of the location and their pictures. It looked well-decorated and cozy even though it was cheap, which is somewhat uncommon. Usually with that rate, i can only get a basic room in favehotel, maxone etc with little to no decoration. So i took my chance and booked 3 rooms for the 5 of us. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who helped bring our luggage to the second floor. There was no elevator in this premise, so travelers with heavy luggage might need to consider that. Check in was a breeze. The room itself was lovely. Did not expect the room to be that spacious for the price we paid. The sheets and towels also felt clean. Bed was a little hard but good enough for a one-night stay. I thought the room interior was very cute. Loved the size of the bathroom too. Probably the only thing this hotel needs is regular maintenance of the walls of the bathroom since it’s starting to look tired and proper cleaning of the door since it was painted in white. With bali humidity, the bathroom can easily looked tired. Thank you summerhome for the warm welcome

Nice little inn in the heart of seminyak

Our 2 nights there were very good. The room is clean, large and very confortable. The hotel is close from the main areas but far enough too be calm and quiet. Perfect. The staff is very nice and always helpful. Only bad point: from my opinion, the breakfast was too "light", I expected a little bit more.

First time in Bali and stay at Summerhome Umasari Bed & Breakfast, it’s very nice to stay a couple of night here. Really comfortable place to stay and the ambiance is really nice. I recommend this place for you :)
