397 reviewsMy partner and I are having the most amazing stay at Villa air in Seminyak! We were greeted immediately upon arrival by the extremely friendly staff who asked us how our day has been and offered us help with our bags. From the moment we got here we could tell that the staff here go above and beyond for their guests. The check in/reservation staff were equally as lovely. We were seated whilst our passports were being scanned and were given a delicious welcome drink (rose tea) After check in we were driven down to our villa in a buggy! The receptionist opened our villa for us and showed us around. He showed us how to use everything in the villa and doubled checked we knew how to use everything (including all the doors and locks) We were just blown away when we got in to our room. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the villa air villas are the cleanest villas we have ever stayed in. The beds are large and comfortable and the linen is nice and modern and clean with the comfiest pillows I have ever felt in Bali! The bathroom features a double shower, a separate toilet, his and hers sinks, a large soaking bathtub and premium soaps, shampoos and other amenities. We were so delighted to find thick, soft, luxurious towels in the bathroom and outside instead of thin and grey towels which you sometimes find in hotels and villas. Outside in our private yard, the garden is well kept and the pool is just beautiful! Again, very clean and also a great temperature! Not too cold where you can’t get in it but also not too warm where you just don’t want to get in. There are also steps to get inside the pool so great for families with young children or elderly people who may have trouble getting in and out of the pool. The outdoor TV and Bluetooth speakers are awesome too!! There is a huge range of food available on the room service menu, all at incredibly affordable prices. The villa also has a spa onsight which is great for those who just want to stay in their villa and relax as opposed to walking the busy streets! Such an amazing villa! So glad we booked with Roy and the amazing staff at villa air!
