3512 reviewsOverall, my family & I of 4 adults enjoyed our 3-night stay at Alila Seminyak. I had decided to stay at Alila Seminyak as I personally had a wonderful time staying at this property back in 2022. Compliments to the Concierge online team who handled our pre-arrival queries & requests promptly & efficiently. Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport, we were warmly received by the Hyatt representative at the airport & were promptly ushered to our waiting transport to Alila Seminyak. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the concierge team at the main lobby, who attended to our belongings & ushered us for check-in. Generally, the check-in process went smoothly & we were kindly accorded one of our booked suite rooms for an earlier check-in (we had arrived about 1.5 hours before the 3.00pm check-in time) - while our second room was still being cleaned. While we were promised that the room would be ready for a 3.00pm check-in, however we did not hear back from the Front Desk. At about 3.40pm, I had to call to the Front Desk to enquire on the room readiness, of which only then we were informed that the room was ready for check-in. Perhaps, the team can be more vigilant to ensure that waiting guests are promptly checked in once their room is ready. Throughout our stay at Alila Seminyak, we found our overall breakfast experience at Seasalt to be most pleasant. From the warm greetings we received at the front door, to all the service staff through the restaurant. Breakfast spread was sufficient & tasty, while selection from the ala carte menu was extensive. Special mention goes out to the head chef Hazwan (I hope I got his name right) & also Mandy who made their rounds to introduce themselves & to engage with the guests. Of course we were pleasantly surprised to learn that both Hazwan & Mandy were fellow Malaysians. Delighted were we to note that our fellow countrymen are doing such a fine job in ensuring the best dining experience for guests at Seasalt. Lastly, special mention also to Rina from Front Office who made her rounds to socialise with dining guests. Her friendly engagement & friendliness certainly elevated the warmth of service at Alila Seminyak. Overall, kudos to the whole Alila Seminyak for living up to their service standards & my 2nd stay at this property will definitely not be my last. We were sad to leave Alila Seminyak, of which we had continued with our Bali vacation at Mandapa Reserve & Alila Uluwatu. Our stay at Alila Uluwatu was rather disappointing but that would be a story for another day! Thanks Alila Seminyak for a wonderful stay & taking good care of us!
