It's a big house renovated into a hotel. The room is small but the bed was comfortable. Small window in the room but the 360 view from the rooftop more than makes up for it. It's worth it to wake up early to watch the sunrise and hang out at the cafe during sunset. Stayed here for about a week. Wifi worked just fine. Staff were friendly. The convenience store nearby (at the intersection) was great for snacks. Also walking distance to the beach. But I prefer to enjoy the view from the rooftop (take the elevator to level 8). There are restaurants near the beach.
