Could not recommend this place enough. My partner and I turned up randomly as our hotel had accidentally over booked. The people at the front desk were so helpful and friendly from start to finish. At first we were taken back by the price of the villa room however we thought we would take a look. It turned out to be absolutely stunning and well worth the money. 
Could not fault our stay and can’t stress enough how lovely all the staff were. (the front desk, the cleaner and the security). 


We stayed a whole week in one of the Villas and everything was just wonderful.
Suhaili (one of the staffmembers) already contacted us before we arrived and offered help with anything we knew we needed beforehand.
Also while our stay, everyone was so attentive to our needs and questions.
Nothing was impossible. They even managed to get us a blowdryer eventhough they didn‘t have one.
The turndown service even included a bedtime story, that was just adorable.
We enjoyed our time pretty much and would always come back.

I cannot thank Scott, Eti, Lily, Suhaili and ALL the team at Pipedream Villas enough for the most warm and welcoming experience for my first trip to Lombok.
The faclities were impeccable from the luxurious room itself, the private pool, the common pool area, the restaurant, the food, the quality of the live acts every night.
10/10 for anyone considering a stay in Lombok! I will be back!!

Located in the centre of all the action,this hotel is pristine, beautiful, and comfortable with all of the best amenities the island has to offer (beautiful rooms, working air con, comfy beds and hot water?! AMAZING for Indonesia!!) and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owners Etc and Scott are very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. There's so much to do here! The staff were very helpful. Would recommend for anyone who wants to stay in the hotspots of Kuta & anyone with a family (perfect for kids!)

I had a blissful stay at Pipe Dream Villas. This place is incredibly convenient in terms of location. The hotel is in central Kuta, mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of central Kuta, including nearby hotspots such as Palate Cafe, Milk, and Bamba. The hotel is family friendly, with a beautiful pool and has beautiful surf-inspired architecture. The staff were friendly, welcoming & always willing to assist with anything we needed.The reception personnel were very helpful with advice on what to do in Kuta & the surrounding area. I particularly enjoyed taking surf lessons and exploring the empty Southern Lombok beaches. Breakfast was good, will fresh fruits and juices, fried eggs, and everything you would want for breakfast. Absolutely loved the place and will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Hotel in the heart of Kuta

My Favorite Place To Stay in Kuta

One of the thing that lack is the tea/coffee maker. It is compulsory to have one in the room. If the room doesn't have one, hotel/villa usually will offer hot water to be served in the room but this one, none is offered! Spacious room and bath area, huge bath tub but the smell in shower area is too bad so the tub is useless as we can’t stand to be in it more than necessary. The room doesn't have phone however the internet is quite good so we used application to connect with the front desk. 
We chose to stay in pool villa. The pool is small so in the end we only dip in as swimming is not possible. TV has varieties of channel, very good choices! Minibar has drink selection and the price is quite reasonable 
Breakfast is not too impressive. The eggs are cold, by the time the staff bring in the sugar, the coffee runs cold!! They need to think of how to make the seat closer to the kitchen or something in order for the guest to have at least a warm cup of coffee/tea.

Enjoyed the dip in pool

We were there in November 2018. Their villas are big (A lot of space to move around, big rooms) and comes with a private pool. Centrally located.

Turn offs:
1. On our first night of stay the electricity went away for about 3-4 hours at night and when informed the staff no one knew about it. This issue happened again during afternoon, when they couldn't fix the problem they moved us to another villa. Moving can be a hassle. 2. Staff was not very responsive, almost as if they didn't care. Perhaps they were under staffed. 3. Wifi wasn't good at all. 4. Food wasn't great at their restaurant. I wouldn't stay at this property again.
