Santosa was a great place it’s not a one day tour ,to enjoy fully please take it as two days tour so that you can enjoy each and every place in santosa and universal studio .3d studios are excellent.gi with family and enjoy

It is located by the main road of Senggigi. Big hotels, with lots of facilities. Big pools! great for children. Also they have access to the beach. The room is spacious! The service is great!

I like the fact that they have a nice sized pool with a little bridge in the middle!

Great for Families

There private access to the beach. Green, serene and the staff have nice services to the guest. There were some rooms under renovation, might the old building but nothing noise we heard. Just the cleanliness need to be improved. One of the 3 rooms we stayed, the air cond did not work well. The staff tried to check and fix it but still did not work. Even they offered to move to other room, but we did not take it. It was still okay for us as they have good green area and big window for air circulation. Food was good enough. Western taste and many varian.

Good choice to get beach view and garden concept

Be careful when trying to book this hotel. It is closed at the moment. It is still offered on some websites however it does look far from how it once was. It might have been a wonderful place but not it is definitely not looking good. I hope they fix this beach front hotel soon. I can be something beautiful again.

The hotel is closed

This is our second visit staying in Santosa (we were here 2.5 years ago) and we think the rooms has become worst than the last time we were here. We stay in deluxe cottage room and the physical appereance look like the room has never been refurbished.

The tub was a little dirty and looks like never been scrubed, the shower head was smashed, and the towel was dusty that we asked for new towels. The TV has no clear channel and its so old. The wifi is not even stable, sometimes is fast, other time it hardly to keep connected. The swimming pool is not cleaned properly (a lot of leaves) and the tile has come off in several area which make it looks not maintained properly. A little sad that they do not have a gym on the property.

On the other hand, the staffs was very nice and helpfull and we are very happy with the services. The omelet cooks during breakfast (forgot to ask the name) was very nice and he remember my egg order for 3 times after the first breakfast. The reception team also tries to help their best to serves. During our check in, we acquire some misscommunication for our booking date and since we book from OTA, there is not much they can do. I was hoping they could cancel our last day book however it does not happen and we stuck with our miss-booking. The staffs tries their best and could only offer us a free transfer to the airport on our check out. Overall I appreciate the effort, eventhough I expect a far more better option.

I have to admit the location is great and very close to the Senggigi pier makes it easy if you want to go to Gili. Also many restaurants and pubs around the resort for night out. However I hardly find a good reason to return here unless they really step up their game plus there are more choices available in Senggigi that charge similar rate but have newer room.

Lack of Detail and Missing the "Resort" Feeling

Do not book! It no longer exists and has totally imploded. Closed but appears available online. The pool is empty, possible cracked, the grounds are an overgrown jungle, buildings have collapsed and no staff appear present. Sadly it is no longer viable. Try the Sheraton or Kila Senggigi nearby for similar options.

Dead Hotel.

This once beautiful hotel was a ghost town as it has been CLOSED for years. Don't know why it still comes up on all the hotel booking sites...About time it is taken off there. But looked like it was absolutely amazing in its day, such a shame to see all the devastation after the earthquake.
