My partner and I met here 3 1/2 years ago and we had the fortune to stay here again. Small (4rooms) boutique villa accommodation. Clean. Great outdoor showers. Extremely friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Great central location. A little noisy at night, but we were there at the end of Ramanan. Great value for money. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you Karen and Wayne for opening up a room for us when you were technically closed for the week for winter. Your generosity made our trip all the more special.

Great boutique villas.

Stayed here for a week and found it to be a great place to stay. Inside the gate it was tranquil, calming and relaxing with a lovely pool to cool off and a very comfortable clean bed and room. Outside the gate it is situated right in the village so very conveniently filled with fantastic cheap restuarants with awesome food, markets for groceries, shops and a buzzing village atmosphere. The rooms were modern, clean, lovely decor and cool with aircon and a fridge to keep your food fresh. Bathroom was modern and clean with a private outdoor shower. A secutity person is there at night so you feel very safe and staff helped us with transport, motorbike hire and anything we needed. A great place to stay and will definately stay again.

Great place to stay right in Kuta Village Lombok

Friendly home. Only four rooms, correct, and I was alone. But no office or chair in the room. Central, with plenty of restaurants around. Pricier scooter rental. Small swimming pool. WiFi sometimes failing. Few services, staff often absent. Too many friends of the receptionist. Finally, who does what? However, the rate is far too high for Kuta.

You can do better than that, bro.

We were not able to do the checking, because the boy have not our reservation, after several requests of the WiFi, that if was working, the man told us that they have a problem with the WiFi, but never told us the password ..

By night the power was done... no one to take care about this at the building .. 
The electricity counter of this hotel that is close to the swimming pool showed the message “not credit” when the power is down, and of course all  the lights at the street were on!! 

After several hours without power, I sent the owner text message by night, Wp calls and a mobile call last time at 7:53, no one were answered by this man..

So we decided to leave the room, and once more no one at the reception to checking out or attend my complains..

The room was uncleaned, a lot of ants, spiders and bugs at the room.. 

Some pieces of food below the bed, showed you the lack of care of this man about his “hotel” ...


Horrible hotel at Kuta Lombok

1. Big Thank you to Luzie at the reception and Tona who made our stay much better as it was. They took so much care of us as we had a motobike accident and helped wherever they've could.
2. Pantai South Lombok Villas has just 4 rooms what makes it really cozy. Rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast will be served in a restaurant on the opposite but for us no problem.
3. Good location - restaurants & bars in the center of Kuta are easily accesible. You need a scooter or driver to get to the nice beaches. AND we have to say too that during the night time it is loud due to location next to the street. 
4. Just a small recommendation: here and there the property needs a bit of a touch up and maybe you could offer some amenities in the bathroom for the guests like tooth brushes, refillable shampoo or similiar that would make the stay even more comfortable in this price category.

In total we enjoyed our stay at Pantai South Lombok Villas and can recommend the place to others :-)

Good value for money & lovely staff

Rooms were ok
beams that run across roof line so be careful where you head lays! as there are geckos that poo right over you pillow area, we had to move our bed!! really disgusting, happened every night..
we couldn't move as there are on 4 rooms and they were booked

Aircon didn't work, very temperamental
TV not connected with antenna, only USB with some movies on it
No coffee/tea available, but that was ok
Pool was nice
No office/reception only a shelter for staff to greet you
No credit card facilities, so have to pay in cash!
Wifi sometimes
overpriced
little noisy, call to prayers was a little loud and very long, but that was fine

Very Basic accommodation

I spent a couple of nights here during a long tour of Indonesia. When I saw my name on the board attached to room no. 3, I took the key and I settled in the room. Then after an hour I heard a knock and the Indonesians were more than good. Unfortunately when I arrived there was no one to wait for me. So I waited..and waited..until I broke it and I started looking around.

We're not even there.

The hotel is very small and has only 4 rooms. It does not offer breakfast, but it is located in a central area of Kuta so you can easily reach the restaurants and the beach. The rooms are very clean and really beautiful. The service is excellent and the staff very kind.

Beautiful rooms in the center of Kuta Lombok

The rooms are very nice in and of themselves. The bathroom is large, the outdoor shower is good for the purpose and the beds are clean. There is also a refrigerator. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't have as much power. In the pool you feel like you're in a small jungle. It looks pretty. In our time, however, there was a lot of chemistry in the pool and it wasn't pleasant when water sprayed on the mouth. Unfortunately, the volume was the reason for us to wipe the sail during the day. The mosque is really loud, but so that we can get it right. It bothers us that it was just on the main street and the guys in the square have very loud motorcycles. Also, the quiet dogs around the pool during the day came so loud at night. You feel like a cloud wheel has a turn on the door. But whoever is standing in front of us is okay, because we're so happy to celebrate.

Nice accommodation, unfortunately very noisy

Unfortunately, this was also the positive points. The negatives are mainly the noise (street and a mosque as the immediate neighbour), in our room the air conditioning was also enormously loud. Another big negative point is the sparsely occupied reception or the working hours of these. We always came home from the beach at about 5 pm and didn't meet anyone else. In the morning the reception was booked from 8:30 am. This can be stupid if you want to check out early or just have tips for a day trip.
