OYO 1318 Hotel Prince Boulevard

This hotel had become my 1st holiday experience on visiting Manado. This hotel have the same management with the boulevard hotel, and the place also very close. At first I had made the reservation via email to boulevard, and they told me that I also allowed to booked the prince boulevard from boulevard. But there's a missed communication within their internal, and on the day I came the Prince Boulevard told me that they haven't got my name on their booking list, and the room already full, but since I already made full payment from my 1st day of booking so I called the person that I had contact in boulevard hotel who incharge to make the reservation, and they are very helpful and they exchange my room to the higher class without any additional charges. This hotel actually had a strategic place that very close to the beach, but when I came here, unfortunately their on developing stage to expanded their hotel lobby so it's a bit messy on outside. Beside close to the beach, this hotel also very close to the Mall center at Manado, you only need to walk less than 5 minutes. But I have a bit odd experience to the room, the lighting on their bathroom a bit dark and they don't have a special place on their shower floor which could make the water directly goes to the water hole, this caused the all bathroom floor get wet. In overall, this place is good and worth to stay comparing to their price also reasonable.
