I reached out to the hotel to figure out onward travel to Siau. Joe was extremely helpful, and figured out all the information on boat tickets (difficult to find info online). When we got there, they upgraded our room for free. The room and bathroom were clean. The A/C works, but the TV didn't and the wifi only works in the lobby. The reception was also very helpful.
