Accidentally stayed here when all hotels are full because of President's arrival.
Located near the seafront and sentral business district. The shopping mall is only 10 minutes drive. You could take the public transportation such as angkot for only Rp 4.000,-. Pharmacy and supermarket is in front of the hotel. The receptionist is on the second floor.
Tried all type of rooms: Standar, Superior, and Deluxe. They're all clean. Better to have a Deluxe since the room is wider and has a bathtub. Soap is the only toiletries available. No laundry service, yet. They serve bread and jam and fried rice for breakfast. Already used card for the elevator. It is still lack of service (maybe because it's a new hotel), but I got to watch sunset over the sea on the rooftop cafe. And the receptionist is helpful during my stay. Not bad, for a budget hotel.

because the administrative system is still manual(using log book to wrte payment and guests list) , highly recommend to always ask for receipt every time you made a payment . my checkout in March 21st was completely ruining my mood; i payed them until my checkout day on the night before, and they told me all the payment things already completed(btw, my fault not to ask any receipt). In the morning when i want to return the room key to the front desk, they told me that theres a shortage on the previous payment.what??frankly, im so disappointed. So without any argument(because i gt plane to catch), i gv them the money.but overall, all things area good in average level.

1. Room are dusty (im allergy with dust), previous guest stay... The cigarettes bud still under the bed.
2. Door unable to lock for first few days of staying... (End up i fix the door by myself).
3. After few days stay, the lift not working. Now saying that waiting for spare part coming from Jakarta, not sure take how long. (Ex. Fixing door take 2 days... engineer not come also.... but n end up i fixed myself).
4. 7AM morning knocking door asking for IC, which the receptionist forgot to take picture of my IC when check in.
5. Air-con not working well, noisy sound for whole day.
6. Provided pillow are disaster.
