Several times I've been to Solo, always staying at a hotel other than the Alana Hotel 
The first thing we felt was the friendliness of the hotel front staff, the facilities and cleanliness of the rooms were quite good, the swimming pool was clean and family friendly, this morning breakfast was very satisfying, the dishes available were quite varied but what was very interesting was the friendliness of the restaurant staff. delivered it to the table and the kitchen staff were active in telling us about the menus available, honestly very happy and memorable to be at Hotel Alana

I am a solo traveler from Russian, and I feel comfy to visit this hotel cause very warmfull staff and smiling. The food also good and the room Was clean.

This is my first time to Indonesia but this country is very welcoming dor everyone, apreciate it.

our first experience staying at a hotel, mineral water must be filled by guests themselves in the hotel corridor. clean, comfortable room, spacious bathroom. no balcony. The alana has a good taste of food, good drinks. the herbal drinks have many variations and all are delicious at affordable prices. it turns out that Solo's nickname: culinary paradise, also applies to hotels. thanks to the staff from FO, the staff at the restaurant are friendly, especially to Ms. Marcel (waiter) who is informative.

Awesome and great service, im totally recommend this hotel. Thanks Moses for giving us the best experience in this hotel! they has a large pool and jacuzzi with a city view, and the room very clean, they make rose from tissue was very unique

Family time

The Alana Solo gave us very good experiences. The staff at the front liner is very friendly.
The room is ready early for us.
We took the connecting door rooms.
The rooms are clean, the amenities are complete, clean sheets, clean towels, comfortable pillow, and the view from level 11, is good. But somehow, it's kind of noisy. 
We can hear people from next door, at night too much noise by somebody moving the furniture. 
The pool is very good, there are 3 different pool sizes, one is the best with warm water. 
There is a gym near the pool and kids zone  like a small playground. Very convenient for us with 2 toddlers. 
Breakfast is the best, too many varieties of food, such as traditional, western, bread, eggs, noodles, fruits, salads, cereals, coffee, juices.
The best part is, when you ask something, the waitress will respond very friendly and ask you to bring it to your table.
Plenty of parking spaces, access to the hotel are very easy to find. 
I can say, my stay is very satisfying.

Family stay at the Alana.

I stay at this hotel every month. Good value for money, near to airport, not too far from city center by online taxis, rooms are spacious, rooms are pretty much properly maintained, quite nice variety of breakfast, bed quite comfy and firm. Usually it was quite a good experience. But last visit, it was during high season and rooms were limited, my room was next to the elevators. It was very noisy all night long. Avoid rooms next to elevators as much as possible.

Good value for money, spacious rooms near to airport and not too far from city center.

Best 4 Star Hotel in Town

We stayed at The Alana Solo for Business Trip. We really like this hotel because the Hosptality, the Lobby is bigger with traditional furniture. Thanks to Ms. Nunuk who upgraded our room to deluxe room.

We think we love the breakfast at Restaurant, they have so many varian menu with standard protocol and social distancing and the taste is tasty. Thanks a lot to Chef Pian who really served us during breakfast and give us the recommendation Wedang Jahe. And we not forget to Teo and Wiwin the F&B staff that really helpful and friendly during our breakfast time.

Thankyou so much, hopefully we can stay at The Alana Solo for the next stay at Solo.

Great Hosptality

Great value and great location. The service is fine. The room is tidy and clean. Came here with some friends and we got two rooms with a connecting door. So that was great. Also, there's a water dispenser available near the elevator, which is a big plus. Breakfast was quite nice and so many menus to chose from. 

Great hotel 

Overall very good hotel.The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom which looks high end. It is all very clean and new.The TV programs will satisfy anybody as the number of channels is impressive. (Including several different HBO channels, FOX channels...)Room service is ok and quite fast.Swimming pool is quite large and will be more than enough for the fans of swimming.The staff is very welcoming and helpful.It is very close from the airport (10-15min) and not far from the city center as well.A very good quality/price ratio for this hotel and very suitable for business.I will surely stay there again if I go back to Solo.
