Geographically located on the Legion Road.We took a superior premerie room which was very small than what we saw in pictures.The travel desk charged us IDR 150000 for a 3km ride which was actually costing idr 20000 on GRAB app.

Spread of Breakfast is also very limited since we were vegan.

Average Hotel

Nice, clean, well equiped hotel in the heart of Kuta, only reason why only 4 of 5 is the bumm bumm noise which comes from the number one Kuta night club only 100 m away. Stops around 2 am, if yo are unlucky to have a room tonthat side.

But the rest this hotel is really a hit. At the main street, set a little bit bad so street noise almost completely fades away, backdoor for a really calm street as short cut to the beach and amazing Greek restaurant. 

Amazing breakfast, really nice pool in the middle of the hotel buildings and really kind and helpful staff. Mostly visited by Indonesian anf Asian citizens but for western tourist also good choise to stay, highly recommended.

This hotel is like a common hotel, it has 2 swimming pools, one for kids and one for adult, but saw that its very rare to see guest swim at the pool don't know why? Guest come from indonesia tourist more than foreigner, this hotel usually use by government institution meeting like end of year meeting or kick off meeting. Room wasn't too clean but bed was comfortable, also this hotel wasn't too noisy at night although the location is between many clubs and discotheque. My room has balcony we can drying clothes here there was a clothesline to dry clothes here or can use chair  also,or use the balcony for smoking here if you are a smoker. We stay at room 318, even in our last night, the aircon frozen and need to be maintained.  2 nights before it didn't happen.
Hotel have a bit far distance to kuta beach via poppies lane, many cafe, restaurant and warung arround this small street, also small spa and tatoo painter, souvenir and also dress seller. From infront of Hotel there were many restaurants, club, and spa. The food at breakfast is quite good, 7.25/10, but I don't like because many our local people stay here feel like this is not Kuta hahahaha. They didn't have access security for lifts, for me make me feel didn't safe stay here, anyone can get to hotel rooms easily. Won't back here anymore.

This was my 3rd visit post covid to the Harper Kuta. I keep returning as it’s location on Jalan Legian is central to everything I need. Late night spas,restaurants,markets and clubs are literally on your doorstep. The staff here are wonderful to me as the hotel caters mostly for the domestic market and sometimes I am the only western tourist. All of the staff are courteous and well trained and a special thank you to Sri who always organises my bookings. See you all again in February.

Clean hotel with central location

overall it's nice for the price.breakfast is decent but road to hotel is very crowded for a car. On my first day I got a noisy room and requested for a new quieter room. The hotel only managed to give me the new room the next day. Staffs are kind and helpful.

Friendly staff, clean room. Nice pool area and bar, and very close to the main city area.

Very cheap budget hotel with no cleanliness. Bed, bathroom, pool, towel, lenin, curtains, floor everything was in bad shape. Their were stains on everything. I think they dont give priority to cleanliness. Bathroom was smelling bad. They dont provide bottled water in rooms. Only good thing about the hotel was its staff. They were very helpful.

Had a great time staff were fantastic, only bad experience were at breakfast 
Waiting in line to order your eggs , and other just push in , and the cook doesn’t say anything that we were in line ,to wait to be serve , but overall great hotel will be back

Great welcoming hotel

Everyone was more than willing to help with whatever was wanted or needed.  Lots of Asian food at Breakfast however the chef would do poached eggs if asked.  No bacon available.  Noisy at night at times due to other guests and being in the heart of the Kuta night club area.Overall it was amazing, beautiful Spa and pool.  Meals served by the pool.  Beautiful spacious room and very clean.
