Good hotel with friendly and welcoming team. If only the AC was on the lobby would be a cream on top welcome :).
Our chose this hotel as we travelling with kids and my mom. Communication is easy with the team. We had to leave mom n my 20 mth in the room requested for room servise and pay on my return that was passed on to all departments was hats off . 
My 12 year was so excited to be in the pool but it’s sad the closing time is 6pm. That needs to be on review by management . All in Bali returns in evening after the day tour so a splash will would be great.
Breakfast was amazing always a change of menu. 
Late check out request was greatly handled by Ayu and the team on Saturday.

Family time

It is a nice hotel room,  the staff members are friendly and helpful, helped us rent a motorcycle. Nearby everything; restaurants, ATMs. 
30 Bali minutes to the beach 😄. 
The breakfast is good. Located on the main busy road. The hotel is good for business meetings etc.

Great. I stay for a business trip. The room is good. my last stay i get an smart tv in my living room in 227., but not at 231. 
Special thank to Aristya (i don't know how to write her name) at the restaurant. She is so humble and helpful. 


Helpful staff

It's quite far away from any attractions. Food option is not appetising.

POSSIBLE CREDIT CARD FRAUD. I stayed there on January 23rd to january 27th 2023. At that time the hotel scanned my credit card to secure a deposit.  They correctly withdrew my expedia bill. with which I have no issue. However 5 additional amounts accounting to 80702 JPY were withdrawn against google ads exactly at the time I stayed there. The hotel was the only institution to physically touch my card in the previous two months. I used it on the 25th in Ubud and it cannot be that restaurant as the amounts were withdrawn beforehand. I approached the hotel to report the possibility that fraud has been committed by one of their staff. I contacted Google ads and they confirmed the card details were used by a third party (indonesian name gmail starting with S). Their accountant basically just said they have secure systems and their hotel does not record credit card information,  This is PATENTLY untrue because I was shown a print out of my card details (name, number, expiry and PIN) printed on a paper. This can ONLY be done if my information was stored on their system.  DO NOT LET THEM SEE YOUR CREDIT CARDI am still awaiting a satisfactory result from their accountant.

I stayed at the property while attending a conference there. The facilities and staff were excellent for the purpose. Overall, everything at the hotel was fine except for dinner at the restaurant. It took over half an hour to receive the dish I ordered and some people at my table had to wait even longer.

Wonderful staff, nice food, decent location, not a great place to go out for a walk (although the security guard is quick to help stop traffic so you can cross the street). Bali had a rough 3 years with the tourist industry decimated by covid; the hotel is coming back, but be tolerant if the facilities are still recovering. Staff were a pleasure to interact with.

Had a great stay at the Aston Hotel with great service from the employees, especially from Nanda. Very kind and welcoming service providing everything you need, from delicious milkshakes at the pool to checking your room after you leave to check if you forgot anything. Overal great experience.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent service

Staff always wanting payment before we had finished meals. Toilet blocked regularly, toiletries not replaced.Bed and room comfortable, TV had only instructions in Bahasa.SPA advertised has not been available for a long time, so it is wrong to advertise a SPA massage service, as this was one of the reasons we selected the hotel.The other was the GYM, very good service but, not run directly by the hotel and only one guest from each room can use the gym, and then only once per 24 hours. This is not expectable. The basic stuff was fine and breakfast was quality, but we can do better for the price in Sanur. Ideal for Indonesian conventions not not for other types of guests.

We stayed in this hotel for a wedding, having booked 10 rooms over 3 nights. The first night we wanted to meet over a drink on the tables outside. When asked for glasses we have been told we could only use the ones provided in our respective rooms. And if you were unlucky enough to be 4 in a room, only 2 glasses in the room. When asked to speak to the manager Kiki, she was simply rude, incompetent and clueless. As a hotel manager, zero customer service. Seems annoyed to have to deal with the guests.
That’s to start for a 4 star hotel.
The hotel advertised gym on the ground however you have to pay if you wish to use it, broken tiles all over and dirty swimming pools. Hotel has not been maintained for a long time so looks really poor. The rooms stinks, moulding everywhere and very noisy.
The only (good) thing is the location, in the centre of Denpasar. At this price you can definitely find a far better value place than here.
Be aware. If you are a foreigner (I am, my wife is Indonesian), you will simply be look down and making you feel undesirable.
This has been the worst place we ever stayed in Indonesia.
