However we thought Bale Datu Bungalows deserves a 5* review for their amazing response to our situation. Despite our booking.com policy being a non-refundable no cancellation allowed arrangement, Bale Datu did not hesitate to refund us the full amount we had prepaid in advance as soon as we let them know we couldn’t make it. This made such a big difference to the stress we were experiencing trying to get home, knowing that there were people supporting us from all over! Thank you Bale Datu
