Unfortunately this accomodation was a bit of a let down!
The outside was quite dark and dingy, although it was a gloomy day,  but it did say tropical garden on the info and there was just a lot of bare soil.
The room was spacious but didn't appear so as it had a large double bed and a single bed all squashed together, which made it difficult to even get into the bathroom.
The bathroom was completely outside and very slippery as it had just rained heavily, the loo seat fell off and it all looked in need of refurbishment.
It was situated in a quiet road and not far from the beach but it is full of boats and not really a swimming area.
I didn't want to stay here for a week so we paid for x1night, even thou we were only there for a couple of hours and secured other accomodation.
The staff member was helpful and did help with our luggage when we arrived.
It was not expensive, but we have stayed in other similar priced accomodation for better value.

Disappointing.....

The hotel is certainly not suitable for those looking for luxury but all in all it is an excellent choice especially for the very central location, very close to the premises, the port and the restaurants without having to do so many kilometers by bicycle or on foot. The room was very small, level of cleaning almost acceptable, sometimes some pets but there is..we are still in Indonesia! Good breakfast, served directly on the patio outside the room, nice garden.

Smart Choice

We stayed only one night in this guesthouse but it was quite enough given its level, the housekeeping in the room had not been done, the bathroom/toilets was really roomy (molds, insects- spiders that were there for a very long time seeing the size of the canvases...., and a bleeding next to the shower) and there were blood stains on the clean towel that they gave us The gentleman who runs the guesthouse didn't really do it honestly since when we arrived we did not have the money he told us that he would give us the air the next day, that he didn't do it...... another man, who had not attended the scene the previous day, has started to irritate me by saying you have to fill this guesthouse up pretty aggressively, so this money is not going to be paid in the next day, so he did not do it...... another man, who had not attended the scene the night before, has started to replay this money in the island, he has started to replay it aggressively, this is a you've got to replay money in the house situation

Running away

We stayed six nights in this guest house in Gili Trawangan. The location is in the southeast of the island, very close to the main street where there are a lot of typical locals and shops. The room assigned to us (No. 11) was a standard air-conditioned room with private bathroom, double bed, refrigerator and TV. The size of the room is rather contained, but it was clearly specified on the site at the time of booking. Very poor cleaning and, moreover, not even daily as the room is cleaned and racked only on specific request.

Good but improving

Nice little guesthouse in the middle of the southern part of Gili T we can get there directly on foot after the boat which avoids paying for the horse taxis the reception is very warm the room and its bedding is very well spacious sdb although a little rustic the snacks are extra the only bemool is the lack of sound we had to go to the neighbors at 1 am to demand a little silence I recommend for small budgets on the island and for the typical side

Nice little room.

Totally loved staying here.. Beautiful location.nice and quiet grounds staff friendly and helpful and also good Wi-Fi,we had e$veryday good shower too This place is great, its one of our favorite places that we have stayed in South East Asia. very friendly staff my girlfriend Katy loved. All in all a very nice hotel with a friendly relaxed atmosphere clean rooms I wish when we come next time we can come to only here because I loved this place thanks for everything mister Norman because you give us good accommodation and your works with hat he is best boy in your hotel xxx I am from Sri Lanka...( CHANA) 

best place to be staying( lovely staff )

Melatonin garden is great for the price. The owner and his family are lovely and welcoming and very helpful. The place is located next to everything. Only 5 minutes away from the beach, restaurants and bars. We highly recommend this place and are very thankful to them for such a lovely time on the island. 

Lovely people and place

I liked everything except the size of the room (because the bed is big, it really takes up the whole room) but it's small! There's a refrigerator, a small private terrace and a stylishly decorated bathroom.

Good and cheap)

The hotel is cute and the staff is very friendly. It is located 3 minutes from the main street we are quiet away from the hustle and bustle. It's great to have breakfast on the terrace. The room is clean and the wifi works well. On the other hand we hear everything going on outside and in the neighbouring rooms it's not obvious to sleep. Besides we had to call the staff twice to help us get rid of beetles... the shower doesn't work well, little pressure and little hot water. But overall we had a good stay.

Good quality price ratio

This place is 1 minute walk from the boat landing, and despite it being in the centre I found I slept well, mainly because if the air con which really helps. It's pretty quiet there, and secure because the family is always about. They are happy and friendly. I stayed in the free-standing bungalow. The outdoor bathroom is leaky and the lighting is too low to see, but otherwise it's simple and good value accommodation for one.
