My partner and I stayed at Alda's place for four nights. This place is perfect for couples. We had the home stay to ourselves because it was low season. We enjoyed our time here 5 mins from harbour and Main Street. No noise from the party life or mosque. We stayed in room 2, it was clean and the AC worked a treat. The power went off for two days while we stayed on the island Luckly the owners had a generator which they turned on at night so we could sleep. Most homestay's wouldn't, which we thought was very kind. The owners were very polite, we rented a bike from them which was much cheaper than the street with no problems. Breakfast was very simple eggs or pancake and a coffee or tea. Overall good value for money when you are travelling for some time and on a budget this homestay's meets you needs cheap, clean and cool room.
