Beautiful and spacious villa in the Nusa Dua area. We had an enjoyable stay there, albeit short (2 nights). Wished we stayed longer. We'll be back. Highly recommended for a group of 6 as there are 3 rooms at the villa.

A short but relaxing stay

The staff were always friendly, happy and had a smile. They went out of their way to help wherever possible and always wanted to please. The staff made us dinner twice at the villa and was amazing and loads of food. Great place for a family to stay and always clean. Breakfast was provided every morning and was always tasty and on time.

The only downside was the shower heads could be fixed as there was not much water coming out.

Overall great villa

Location is quite, too big for couple, good for family or grup. Too many ants and floor  is sticky, bathub is cant be used since the filter is broken, wifi is poor connection all the area, staff really friendly, pool is big not really private, good for bbq, kitchen set is perfect, the room is romantic

As the first stop of our holiday in Bali we stayed for three nights in this villa, starting from the positive points: - large and corresponding to the photos, a large living room 3 bedrooms of which a larger one with bathtub and shower, the pool was actually a notable plus. Unfortunately the positive points end here, let's start with the negative ones: - position 4, the villa complex is located in an area accessible only by a rough road full of holes... edges and darkness, we rented a motorcycle used only once for this reason... - the lake was either hot or cold (for lack of a mixer - the cleanliness barely enough (bathroom full of ants) - the breakfast probably caused both stomach problems and probably kept food in a bad way (consequently kept in a taxi)

 so much smoke, little roasting 

My husband and I checked in to Nagisa on the 23rd December 2019.The location is a bit out of the way but easy to get the hotel to call the taxi.The breakfast every morning was really good from the omelette to the fried rice.Same with the 3 course lunch and dinner different flavours and Balinese food.The staff were always happy to help and went out of their way to make us feel at home.The only concern i would have was the privacy as staff would walk up to the rooms.Maybe a buzzer or door bell is needed by the main gate to make us aware someone is there.Also to book a shuttle or order room service you had to let the staff know 24 hours before hand which was an inconvenience as we were never told of this before 
Overall we had a great stay the room and pool was always clean.

Overall Great stay!!!!!!

We booked the 5BR villa which is also called Villa Amelia Gold on the website. We chose it as we are a group of friends and it’s not easy to find a villa with 5 similar sized rooms. We liked the villa configuration with 5 bedrooms surrounding a pool which is good for a few families or a group of friends. 

The pool was nice, but the facilities are very basic and not well maintained. It’s nothing close to “luxury” villa, but a very basic 3-Star at most.

Pros
- clean
- pretty large pool swimming 
- not many mosquitoes and hardly see bugs
- can order breakfast, meals and massage on premise (one day advance)
- one of the service staff Jack is nice and helpful

Cons
- little privacy, only glass walls and doors, there’s a front gate to the villas but each room doesn’t lock well. There are staff walking outside your room early morning and late night 
- some toilets don’t flush
- weak showers only a bit better than dripping
- either lukewarm water or only hot water
- drainage not working well, whole bathroom almost flooded after shower 
- rock hard towels
- no electricity for a few hours one day
- only two chairs by the pool for 5BR, we ended up standing or having 3 ppl sharing one chair
- many kitchens but no plates in the cabinets at all
- promised coffee and teas during the day but forgot to give us
- since we often can’t find what we need so we need to get help, but the so-called on site staff are not on site, every time if we have a service request need to spend time looking for people then wait for a long time for things get fixed
- massage menu priced in USD but if you want to pay anything in USD they don’t know how to do exchange rate and hassle you back and forth for change for money 

One thing that got me pretty upset - one day my friend ordered lunch in villa and they want to charge her in IDR. When she wanted to pay in USD they don’t know the exchange rate. They said they would come back to her later.  Instead of coming back to her, that night another staff asked me for USD when we came back from outside, I told him the friend who ordered lunch has slept already and I do not have small change USD. I asked them to come again the next morning. He said ok. To my surprise, later at night, after I showered I found another male staff standing outside my room calling “Hello? Hello?” non stop. I got dressed and opened the door, a male staff was asking for that lunch money which I already told him to come back in the morning. It was midnight and the male staff would hassle guests like that?

Overall v basic facilities, nice staff but not very smart... I’m disappointed that it doesn’t quite match the expectations compared to what it says and shows on the website.


Pls don’t call yourself luxury villas

It was a our first visit to Bali (2 adults and 2 kids under 5), and we got our deal through Scoopon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Very friendly and patient staff. There was a bit of confusion with the airport pickup, we couldn't find our driver at the arrival hall and made several calls to a hotel staff.  We ended up catching a cab to the villa, but was paid for by Nagisa.  
The villa is well maintained, the pool and garden are very clean and looked after. Lovely meals cooked by the in house chef. Hopefully the villa will continue to be properly looked after! Will definitely consider staying at this villa again for our next visit to Bali.

Enjoyable stay

We had a very rocky start with the Scoopon voucher we purchased, one bedroom villa for two persons deal.  We arrived at the villa about 8.00pm. Knowing Nagisa Villas are very remote we brought a packet of dry noodle mix and a can of tuna to cook for our dinner. First problem there were no saucepans only 4 very dirty fry pans.  A pleasant Balinese young lady welcomed us together with 2 staff members who spoke no English.  None of them knew what a saucepan was, we Googled and showed them a picture,  the English speaking young lady left and eventually a saucepan came to the villa, we did not see her again, we were left with the staff who spoke no English. Next we found the fridge and microwave were filthy and conducted a one hour training session with the useless staff on how to cleaning these appliances. Inside the drawers were also dirty and the shower floor was moldy. The air conditioner in the living area was not working. There were some grotty looking tea bags, instant coffee and sugar sashes, NO milk.  Too bad if we had wanted to make tea or coffee when we arrived. 
The next morning the villa manager came to discuss our issues and apologised. The villa was thoroughly cleaned, but the villa should have been to this standard when we arrived. 
We were informed that the Scoopon deal breakfast was Juice OR Fruit,  toast,  butter,  jam and INSTANT coffee or tea.  We informed the manager that for our Scoopon price of A$200.00 per night a cooked breakfast should be provided.  We came to an amicable arrangement on breakfast. 
The shuttle as described in the Scoopon write-up is ambitious. There is a twice daily one way shuttle to Bali Collection, at 10.00am and 5.00pm. Not a shuttle around Nusa Dua as described in the Scoopon write-up. No return shuttle and the taxi drivers know they have a captive market at Bali Collection and over charge accordingly.
Nagisa Villas is very remote, about 600 meters along a narrow rough winding road to the main road and in the main road area there are no restaurants or shops suited to Westerners. There is a Hardys Supermarket about 1.5kms away. The food and drinks shopping at Coco Supermarket at Bali Collection are expensive and I don’t think they stock meat, fish, or chicken.
You need a hire car if staying at this property, to get around and to shop for food for this villa if you are going to prepare any meals and to purchase drinks etc.  There is no onsite restaurant. 
Tip - There is NO soap provided, only cheap bulk liquid soap in the shower and cheap bulk shampoo and conditioner. The bed linen and bath towels are old and grey. The bedside lights were broken, shade lose and falling and globe lose.
The water pressure in the shower is very low, adjustment is difficult either too hot or too cold.  The shower heads need cleaning or replacing water dribbles or squirts in all directions. 
THE INCLUDED MASSAGES – These are very concerning, they were performed on the bed in the main bedroom, the massage girl who was absolutely hopeless put a sarong on the bed and asked me (Mrs) to put the other sarong on, the laundering of both was suspect. She then proceeded with her massage, crawling all over the bed, feet on the bed and pillows. When pressure applied joints were pushed into the soft bed.  If the procedure was being performed on a male it would be very inappropriate for him with the girl crawling all over his bed.
On the positive side the couple of English speaking staff are friendly and helpful, those who do not speak English are very waring, even for us who visit Bali and SE Asia regularly. The pool was sparkling clean and the gardens are well maintained. 
The two included meals in the Scoopon voucher were very nice and generous servings. However during preparation and serving the staff are very close by & noisy and the three course meal is rushed, all over in 30 minutes.
Overall we could not recommend booking at Nagisa Bali Bay View Villas and we would not come again.

BAD LOCATION & DISAPPOINTING STAY

First time in Bali. Stayed at Casis Villa in Sanur. 5 star luxury. Beautiful staff. Facilities were fantastic. Did not want to leave. If you get the chance spoil yourself, it is worth every cent😍. We will be returning with all the family.

Excellent stay

Ok, so there are a hundred different villas in Bali. This one, being on the new side, has everything you need for a successful Bali stay. The quality for the money here is unreal. But it isn’t the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, flawless TV channels (if you’re into that), or the cooking class done IN our villa that made this stay amazing. It was the people. Ridi, Darma, Ketut, and the rest of the crew made us feel like we were the only two people in Bali. Those words came out of our mouths in real time while we were there. Breakfast made to order was brought every morning at a time of our choosing. All amenities were at a text or wave away. There was a level of privacy that you cannot get in that part of Bali while still being close to everything. Book here - you won’t regret it.
