Aston Batam has an amazing array of staff who attended promptly to all our requests. We stayed in a 3-bedroom residence apartment. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There was an air conditioner in each room, and they provided a large 20L water cooler. The swimming pool was large enough to swim laps, which we did every morning. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. All Grab drivers were familiar with the hotel's location. We had a fantastic time in Batam, and Aston contributed to our enjoyable stay.There were two minor issues with our apartment; the room and bathroom door locks did not lock seamlessly and the certain had a tear. As stated, these were minor.
