After strolling around in Bandung area, I arrived at this hotel around 11 pm/ late check in. I booked for standard room type. But the room is not ready yet, the electricity is turned off. And the other standard room are full/sell out. The staff gave us option to upgrade the room as substitute. At first, bit surprised because the air conditioning is turned off. The staff (cleaning service) was helped me out to fix it. Luckily everything works well. But takes time around 15-20mins. Because they have not prepare the room properly. Family room is still under construction/incomplete. The bathroom is not proper but still okay. It has not mirror and the heater doesn't heat. Well, I recommend for deluxe/family room in Woods hotel, which have 2 rooms and 1 sofa bed. Comfy enough. The breakfast menu is quite delicious.
