100 reviewsI stay at Sany Rosa on october 30 to november 2nd on meeting purpose under BNPP institution. That was my first visit to this hotel event i use to held event in Bandung also. As i knew, first impression for guest from a hotel is the frontliner. I arrived in the evening after quite long trip and bit exhausted, i came to the reception and guess what? The reception didnt greet me and juz look down to the computer on the desk..that was a COLD service ever as long my experience stay at many hotels, the food was good and the staff at the restaurant also nice. Stay periode has over then on my check out date i submit the key card and guess what for another surprise was that the reception stay sat on her chair when i approached her and also no greeting, WOW what a service!!! actually we felt quite satisfy with room, meeting room and the food..the only lack is that the frontliner person needs to be re-train for sure. This point actualy will become our consideration point either we will be back to this hotel for next event or will be the opposite
