We have tried all the five-star hotels in Bandung, but my home will always be the Sheraton. Their hospitality and friendliness are unmatched. From the reception to the restaurant, everyone goes out of their way to accommodate you. A special thank you to Ms. Shelly, who was incredibly helpful during our check-out and check-in. She is the sweetest lady at the Sheraton 😊
