Booked 2 rooms through Reddoors and was arriving after midnight with warm welcome. Our rooms were upgraded into one Family Suites. Clean bathroom and very convenient shower with great pressure. Unfortunately the hot water could not last for the last person who took shower. I had to shower with less warm water that expected in freezing Bandung’s wheather. Linen on the beds were not that clean. Spots here and there, however there were no dust on them (as I am very allergic to dust). Bed comfortable level was ok but the pillow was not. TV is a little bit challenging we decided not to watch TV. In addition during our stay at around 4AM the electricity tripped. Overall the stay was not dissapointing, it was nice. Good price and good location. Not too average but yet not that very good. Still I’d love to rate 4 bubbles.
