It was a nice stay, there were some good restaurants and cafes nearby.

All of the staffs very friendly, they treated us very well when I checked-in until checked out. The room is quite big and clean, but I think the bathroom a little bit dark because the floor is grey and the lamp is yellow. I will definitely come back again to this hotel💕

This hotel very lovely and nice ambience although iam staying during pandemic but my kids really loved it, rate is cheap for great hotel like this. The management did a great job by following covid rules from local government. Thanks Neo 👍

Stayed in this hotel from 15-17 August 2020. 
Thanks to tiket.com for the promo that I got for this hotel. 
Since check-in day until check-out day, I find the great service from all staff of this hotel. They did a willingness to help and inform anything.
The room is cozy, aircon does work, shower with hot water is good. Amenities are complete. 
Well, the breakfast variety is too limited, but I truly understand. The only thing to improve is a consistency in following standard health of pandemic covid. When the room attendant cleans my room, there is no disinfectant done to the room. Perhaps he pursues the other rooms to clean.
Another thing I like staying in this hotel is, there are plenty street food with various restaurant and coffee to choose. Just walk a few minutes, then you can find anything you like.
I recommend anyone staying in this hotel. If I go back again to Bandung, I will plan to stay again in this hotel too.

The room was incredible and very comfortable. Its was very clean and very nice room. The staffs were very helpfull and kind especially Rahmah and Bella. I love being at Neo Hotel Dipatiukur. Hope i could be there anytime soon!

I did a weekend trip to Bandung and stayed here for 2 nights. Great service, friendly staff, clean and neat rooms, cool design, details, and witty text elements (“Try something neo today”). Absolutely recommended! Thanks also to receptionists Thami and Rahma who were friendly and forthcoming!

It wasnt my 1st time staying at NEO Hotel, infact it was my 2nd time and they never change. Their services is still a same since 2016, still great & superb though.

I stay use membership. Room its nice  clean, big, comfort. Especially thanks to Mr. Bella  he is very friendly and wamr. When i stay, any AC problem and engineering staff come as soon as posible. Breakfast so many choice. Good recomend hotel when holiday to bandung.

I am not surprised for seeing the Travelers Choice tag on Neo, because of this hotel performance, although a budget hotel, has excellent comfort. this hotel was originally recommended by my boss who happened to have studied at the campus around Neo for a long time. The location here is indeed prime because Dipati Ukur is one of the main roads in Bandung. You can find lots of restaurants 24 hours here, you won't feel hungry staying here LOL. In addition, public transport lines are crammed past Neo. Likewise the shuttle to Greater Jakarta, even now to Greater Cirebon.

I also feel comfortable sleeping here. It seems that the quality of the building is good so even though I was in a room facing the street, the street noise was not heard. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Well, for additional suggestions, if this hotel has a swimming pool, or leisure facilities such as a gym, massage or bar, it might be a plus. Ah, also variant of breakfast menu, should be more varieties. 

Traveling in a pandemic era is certainly uncomfortable. But by still paying attention to health protocols and taking care of our health, hopefully we will all avoid getting sick. Happy traveling :)

I am an Archipelago customer, and i had a good experience in this hotel.
I was sick back then and I chose this hotel because i have to take a bus travel to Jakarta early in the morning.
The check in process was quite fast for weekend.
The staffs are nice, especially the restaurant and front office team.

Just stay about 1 night at neo hotel dipatiukur, best deal for price,helpful receptionist especially rahma,kiki, and reza who help me at night shift..
Giving best smile and informative to me..
Room felt so comfortable, the minus is shower temperature not so hot 😅, and need upgrade for variety of food in breakfast..

Comfy room, very good ambience,excellent hospitality

Why I choosed this hotel because the area is lively with many hangout and shooping area. We can find apparel store, sneakers store, coffee shop and many young people hangout.

Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The room space suprising big enough to enjoy. Last time a stayed at Neo Hotel in Cirebon the room quiet small. Overall hotel is good and clean!

Well, i have arrived Hotel about 11 am, i think it is too early to do checking in, then i casually asked the staff for room availability, hope the room is ready. apparently the room was unexpectedly ready...wow. Thami n Rahma doing the great job, very helpful. finally i could rest after driving from Jakarta to Bandung. The room properly big, facilities all ok, "honey roast muesli" is delicious dessert ever in Resto, Elina n Andita very polite and deliver good service...many unexpected things in this Hotel. Thanks NEO.

Unexpected Hotel

Room is clean, bed is comfortable, water heater and air-con is working fine. Tv channels has many selection but i am not able to switch off the indonesia auto audio translating which come after english, all function has been search and change to english only but to no avail.Receptionist staff who works on working hour have a good attitude than midnight staff.The room powerpoint is different with Singapore. It has only 2 holes. When contact receptionist, i was told that they ran out of the converter as many guests have borrowed first.I would like to compliment security guard for their good service and attitude.Overall, i still like this hotel.

The place is pretty near the airport as it takes about 20-25mins (incl traffic). There is loads of good and cheap food around the hotel. The exterior of the hotel looks clean and new. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and decent with proper amenities. The breakfast spread was reasonable and the food was pretty nice.

I arrived at 10 pm, the check-in process was quick, no hassle and the receptionist was helpful. the location was quite convenient, you can find several convenience stores nearby. the room was clean with limited amenities. I supposed they will provide more if asked. however, the breakfast buffet was bad, need improvement. overall, it was okay for my one-night stay,
