We stayed here for our first two nights in Darjeeling, the room is spacious and clean, the manager is attentive. And although it is alittle out of the way from town, we enjoyed it's tranquil. Would recommend this to our friends 😊

Rooms are good and neat. It's in the main road itself. Still restaurant management is very poor. Enormous delay in serving and that too in limited quantity. Food rates are also not at par  with industry. Rest everything is good.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Darjeeling town 

Good Rooms but poor restaurant.

Rooms are not bad. There is water problem in the morning. If you want to leave early to tiger hill then better you confirm from staff the day before about next mornings water flow. Location of this hotel is not near the market. You wont find restaurent nearby so there will be no choice other than ordering from this hotel itself. Overall our experience was ok. If you are staying for 1 night then it is good choice not for many days because you have nothing nearby and you will need to walk down to the market.

Not bad but water problem

Room service is horrible. Even though the rooms look clean and neat, there is hardly any service providers available there. Too careless. Not even an extra bottle of water was provided . When asked fro two extra beds, they gave one single mattress. Menu card is there in the rooms but food service doesn't work .Irresponsible hosts.
