A one-man run hotel I should say! Mr. Verma, the hotel owner cum manager, runs the hotel and he is running the show. The Mall Road - Chowrasta area is a 10 mins walk from the hotel. Only veg food available (we went during weekends) and non-veg , one can order from outside. Service is very poor. Hot water, breakfast , towels ,soap..nothing was in place for us while checking in or anything you place an order apart from telling the manager himself will never reach you... Mr.Verma is a good man, the wi-fi was good since I did my office work from here as well.No view of sky,hill since it's located in an alley ...it's in a congested area with hotels and buildings ...

Darjeeling trip by road with family on 26th May - 31st May 2016

This is the worst hotel one can choose for family visits. Firstly the hotel staff disagreed on the charged on which we booked the hotel and demanded more after our stay. When we challenged the same he started threatening us because we were new to the city.  They made us stay in a double bed room however at booking the family room was booked. On visiting we realised the location of Hotel was very isolated and the area around hotel is extremely dirty and the hotel itself has very unhygienic rooms and bathrooms. Overall this hotel should never be opted for your stay even if you get it for free.

The owner is very rude lady who shouts if you have any concerns.

Horrible and organised loot

I stayed at  this hotel from 24th and 25th of may 2017.
There is nothing more than a dilapidated structure, No water, power back-up. No network. Name any facility and you will get used to take NO as an answer. All sorts of sounds ranging from other's discussions to the flushing of toilets from other rooms can be heard. Mr. Verma (manager) and his "jonnys" are roaming around in corridors to switch off the lights, geyser and stop the water supply, even if guests are  inside the room.(All controls are kept outside the room). There is no cupboard to keep your belongings. People residing a mere 100 metres aren't able recognize the hotel. The rooms aren't  cleaned and found filthy,shabby. This hotel is not worth your time and money. Cleartrip must remove this hotel from it's list.

Don't book this hotel even by mistake!!!

If you book through booking. Com the price you pay is almost 3 times higher than the real price of the rooms-we learned this from our friends who didn't book online. Their bill was substantially cheaper!!
Beds are so hard it's like sleeping on the floor. Staff take ages to do anything e.g. we had no hot water and waited over an hour and a half for someone to bring us a bucket of hot water. It was o my our room that had a problem with hot water not the while building so why did it take an hour and a half?? We also waited ages for food. 
Over priced and carp customer service.
Also we noticed that the reviews booking. Com aren't the full ones - my full one only shows the positive thing I said, the rest of it isn't anywhere to be seen. SCAM! FRAUD!

Over priced! Beds like cardboard! No hot water! Bad customer service!

This hotel is opposite to telephone exchange. Rooms are not well maintained. bed sheets are full of stains. They offer wifi connection it was not available while visiting but staff and owner is very friendly. he given hotspot from his phone. :P
