What a wonderful experience it was to do a 2 hour vegetarian course at Casa Linda! Well organized, detailed explanation and the results were TASTY. The communication and step by step explanations were appreciated with much humour and time to take pictures and write notes etc. Fresh ingredients and a variety of dishes that was discussed the day before so that the Puttu batter was made the night before to be ready for our course at noon the next day. Aroma was generous in providing a lime sofa and water during the time we spent in a lovely set up in front of a breezy upstairs window area with lots of light. My only feedback is more of an interactive class, but can totally understand the pre prep is important and it would require a different setting. Highly recommend taking Aroma’s class and a lovely, lovely friendly family. Sandy
