Let me state the positives first ... good rooms, well maintained, perfect for family groups, location is excellent. 
The place needs a complete overhaul in terms of a mindset for hospitality industry. They dont have toiletries, only provide towels if you ask for. There are not enough quilts and no additional pillows. The geyser points are managed centrally which was difficult for me to understand. No provision of drinking water in the rooms. The caretaker/security doubles up for everything right from cleaning rooms to centrally managing the water heaters. 
The owner comes across as very polite and customer centric ...... he never walks the talk though and conveniently blames the illiterate (this as per the owner) caretaker.
One can opt for this place if you run out of all options.
We made a point to give feedback, so that it will only help them understand our perspective, the owner called up to apologise and solely blamed the caretaker. Informed him that despite inadequacies, made full payment though he offered a refund. The refund would be an obligation and thus disservice to fellow travellers
