Hotel Hill Breeze

My stay at hill breeze was awesome. Room is nice with all good amenities. Enjoyed the camp fire. Service was at its best. Food is nice. Staff service was good with quick response. It's an amazing place To stay for friends, couples, family. Overall had a great stay at hill breeze yelagiri.

Good service and staff are very helpful. Food is fresh. Location wise away from the town and peaceful. Location is also easily accessible to the nature park boating place and the adventure park. Once again thank you from all of us.

Good service from the team. Cleanliness is too good in and out room are spacious. Climate was so good and breakfast is soo good and service was to happy. I can refer to my friends and colleagues for the this hotels

Located in nice place, worth for money... Nice hill view visiting places are nearer to the room. Service was good. But for the hill breeze please change the mrng bf menu

We have stayed in this hotel for 3 days (four adults + 2 kids), I have stayed many hotels before but never faced this kind of issue before. let me bring my issue one by one here.  

About Rooms:  
     If you expect the 3-start hotel effect, the hotel management won't be a responsible for it, YEAH!!! 

     1. The Rest room was not that much bigger,  

     2. Rooms are not fully sanitized during the COVID - 19 period, yes, the management says its fully sanitized but the thing is not like that.  

     3. There is no intercom phone placed in the Room (hope 3 start hotels won't have it LOL!!!) 

    4.  It's not resort, it looks like Lodge, YES! 

    5, There is no Room service - Yes, if you ask anything like coffee to service in the room, the rooms service people will say that, the coffee won't be served to the room, you can come down to the Pantry and have it,        

          When i asked the reason for it, they said, Sir...!  Actually, if we bring the coffee  upstairs (my room), it won't be hot because of this climate, so please come and have hot coffee, even the reason is ok!!!! But many hotels provide the coffee  a flask, even in the hottest places, the hotel used to serve the coffee at room along with a flask.       

6.  They said there is Hot water available in bathroom, but it's not that much hot. 

7. you have to beg them for extra bed and pillow 

8. you have to request them for lot to clean the room for next day 

About Food:  

   1. They says morning breakfast is complementary, yes, BUT you cannot expect more varieties, Menu always would be Idly, sambar. Vada, Pongal, Dosa only 

   2. Water bottle you need to purchase separately  

   3. If you ask milk in morning for your kids, they won't provide. they will say that we can provide black coffee for kids, because there is no milk available in this area  
  

People's behaviors:     

  1. while we were staying at this hotel. there are few of big peoples also was staying,  

     they won't have proper behavior with other surrounding peoples. there were camp fire place at hotel, that people thought that it for them alone, not for everyone, they occupied the whole places not even giving small place for kids,   

    There itself they are ordering something and eating in front of other kids, what a stupid behavior they are doing, it's really S**Tthey are eating at that time. Management won't consider this kind of people behaviors at that time. 

Parking Place: 

    1. Only 5 to 6 cars can be parked inside the gate, if its full you need to park in the road side  
  

Over all status: 

     It's not worth for the money what they are charging, they should improve the customer service, 

    They have hired children (under 18) for the room cleaning it's not acceptable. Room service should be improved, food quality should be improved.
