I recently stayed at Ginger for business visits and had a grear experience overall.  The check in process was always smooth and efficient with helpful and friendly staff. I have stayed in Ginger Trivandrum hotel for many times in last 3 months even during the flood time. The staffs are so friendly and and wonderful service. The quality of food they serve is also so good. I must say during the flood time Mr. Abhilash  provided the best service support and arranged a stay near by with good facilities in one hour time from my request. The best hotel where u can spend some good quality time

Stay was super there we really enjoyed the stay and ms. Roshni from reception was very helpful kind lady next time we will come to ginger hotel only we like the food in breakfast and also housekeeping staff was very good rooms was clean

Warm welcome and smiley faces in the front office. Such a wonderful experience as we stayed for four days they kept our room near and clean. My twin kids enjoyed a lot in the garden and front office area. Compliment breakfast was good and timely help from room staffs. Over all great Team and value for money. Decided to stay the same hotel during next visit at Kazhakuttom.

Yeaas nice rooms and best housekeeping nice people as well only thing is food cost little expensive 

Receptionist all are very best nice response to the costumer's and no headheac moments at all all time they did best especially Anaswara and Vipin and 3 more people

Best value for money hotel highly recommend we stayed for a single night two couples had visited for Padmanabhan temple very clean rooms clean bathroom very good food nice breakfast and very helpful and courteous staff

Pleasant Stay!

Good hotel, but services to be improved. A restaurant is imperative, as there is no nearby restaurant outside to meet guests food requirements. We, including a child, were made to wait for over 2 hours to get our rooms, and during this time, no tea and refreshments were provided esp as we came tired after our travel and accommodation was booked well in advance. This was explained to the Hotel Manager. Nevertheless, the Reception staff particularly Aparna and Anaswara were courteous and well behaved.

I stayed at the property in the month of June. The staff was very courteous. I had a very specific set of requirements for my stay and all of my requirements were well catered to by the staff. The rooms were clean and tidy. The property has aged however the staff is trying their best to keep up the condition of the rooms. The restaurant's food was tasty however the ambience could be improved. Overall a good pleasent stay.

A good clean hotel at affordable price

Splendid service and efficient admin.

Stayed for almost a month though my initial booking was only for 10 days. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming n always at our service. Joshin from Sales took the responsibility of my booking n ensured that my stay was comfortable; he even helped with information on how to move around the city n would always check on us if we were comfortable n needed anything. 

The staff at the reception, cleaning, food service, room service all went out of their way to make our stay pleasantly n comfortable. Even minor complaints were attended to promptly.

If u r on a budget... I would highly recommend this hotel n I suggest u ask for Joshin from Sales; he will ensure that u have a pleasant stay!

An Affordable Long Stay Option

The stay was really nice and comfortable, they provided me with early check in at no extra cost. The food was also good. The staffs where nice and cooperative. Will definitely visit again . The room was really neat and clean. I stayed in the superior queen room. The price was a bit more compared to other hotels.
