5 reviewsI had a good experience staying there . Neat and clean rooms with spacious washroom at this price. The tv screen is too minuscule that i wasn't bothered to turn it on. King size beds and linens are neat and comfy. Entrance is one rear side of the hotel, which is a let down. I guess the hotel has a wierd layout to comply with bar liscence regulations , there is no direct access from the main road you have to walk , narrow margins. Food is costly through room services, but good food. There is a rooftop restaurant. The local bar on the basement is too local, untidy and not maintained properly. There is a seperate bar upstairs, which is air-conditioned with very good seating but with limited choice of beer and drinks. The blue ambient light inside the bar was intense and there is no alternative choice of lighting, which will be irritating after 5 to 10 minutes. I was curious initially to know why this name 'Aquarock' was given to this hotel. For my surprise, there is a huge rock and big pond, hopefully formed from a discarded stone quarry beside the hotel. Overall, a good budget friendly business class hotel with gym, conference hall, laundry services etc.
