Hotel Sagar Inn

they have recently transferred the management to OYO and their services are amazing. Location is a bit away from the city centre. I really appreciate the staff, the food, and the services. Since the management and services have been changed, ya'll should really try it out.

The restaurant within the hotel serves good food. Even though not crowded, the staff behavior is good and the food quantity as well as quality is good. Service provided is good. They must work on restaurant interior to make it more lively as it is very dull.

Overall worth a visit.

Good food.....worth a visit

Stay was average. As room was quite big. Room floor cleanliness need to consider by hotel. Reception guys quite friendly. Breakfast is very poor. They serve two option with bread in their so called buffet breakfast also all in cold. In room dining was ok. They have bar. Overall to say OYO townhouse slowly losing their standards what initially they had what my experience says with last few OYO townhouse stays.

I am one of the regular guest of Fab hotels hotels in Delhi, bangelore were really nice and with same trust I booked in this sagar inn.
It's a decent hotel and certainly not as good as other hotels of fab.
Rooms were really normal and average.
Worst part was I was staying there for 4 nights so they served same breakfast for 4 days.
I mean how come u can serve same upama, poha and sandwich all the days!!!!!
Location is good as it connects to the highway and so does the staff who is really helping.
In all ok stay but can be better as it's connected through Fab.

Ok types

Breakfast is very average. Room Service is very slow. Have to remind hotel staff 2 - 3 times if any service has been asked.
Would recommend only if other good hotels are sold out. Rooms are good. Still wont give more than 3 star. No proper munching place near the hotel. Food is not upto mark.

Cockroachs everywhere! The rooms were well decorated and spacious. Airconditioner and Wifi were working great but the only thing that "bugged" me was that the room was infested with cockroaches. They were crawling out of the pillow and the blanket! You can find better options at this cost of Rs 1800.

Be Aware!

We had booked 20 rooms for two days. Reception staff by the name Pratima made stay hell for us. Not just was she abusive, she never assisted the elderly in gettin the luggage to rooms. People had to do on their own or wait for min half hour till other staff would come and speed up. She abused two of our guests and was about to get physical too. Surprise is she is still working there . Was removed in the last few hours . Two check in were delayed by 6 hours but check out had to be done on time . Water was not available in all rooms. and no remotes of AC available. But we were charged .Some of teh staff are exceptionally good but due to people like the lady receptionist our stay was terrible .

Horrible experience and that too in a OYO run hotel.
It was booked for our family wedding.we had 20 rooms still we face dao many issues.

The front office staff and management have confilcts amongst self.

Incharge their named palak is highly unprofessional and below standards of hotel industry..

All our guests kept on fighting all 3 days during our stay.

In a almost 30 bedded hotel they keep only 5 buckets and 5 mugs and keep on shifting amongst the rooms.

Breakfast got over in between and they changed menu on their owm as per their own convenience without May prior intimation for remaining guest putting us in an embarrassing situation.

Guest we're not allowed to check in at night even after giving prior intimation and they kept the guest waiting at night for 3 hours and not let them in even after knowing it's a wedding fucntion.

No staff comes to pick ur luggage at recption.

It's difficult for old people to reach this hotel as they have to climb steep stairs around 15 steps which are without any side railing and is highly risky.

They also take photographs of your original ID saying they have to upload on OYO despite giving them a scanned copy of ID which is highly risky and can lead to fraudulent activities.

Worst experience we had and all our guests were highly dissatified.

The OYO management should better look into the matter seriously.

Horrible place . Don't book for large events or function.

From the first minute of entering the hotel itself I had developed a negative view about it. I requested for an early check in, and booked 7 days prior to my scheduled check in whereas I was said to wait till 12 am and it was not in the tone of request but sort of an order. I had to request the staff to help me with my luggage from the cab. No sign of hospitality among the staffs. One of them was constantly lying down on the couch at the reception and did not even had the courtesy to offer a seat. Behavior not at par with a 3- star hotel standard. The room is shabby, including the towels provided. Shall never plan another stay in this hotel and never to be recommended to anyone.

Horrible experience and pathetic staff behavior

I had been to other FAB Hotels and I loved it. But Sagar Inn is the worst hotel ever and this hotel alone can bring your popularity down to nill. Such a good impression i had about Fab before I entered Sagar Inn.

First of an unprofessional bunch of goons. They dont care if you are waiting at the counter for 30 Mins. After a 24 hour journey , I am looking at them to give me room which is already booked and they are busy in their own stuff which is not related to work at all. Finally they talked abt the room and asked me to wait for another hour as the printer is not working. I was totally pissed  and they gave me the room. The room had tissues and uncleaned towels thrown all over from previous stay. What the HECK!!!!!! Since i had already paid the money  for 2 days , I couldnt do anything. I just took my bag and went to my friends place and returned after 2 days to check out. 

Trust me I will never book this again and have shared this to my Corporate office and friends too.
