The hotel is right, few feet away from the beach. Nice location. Staff were cooperative and prompt in delivering service.
Nice ambience.
The room was neat and clean.
Food is excellent. 
Had a nice time!

Great Location with a great service, poorly managed I must say. All the rooms are having sea view but unfortunately the palm trees are disturbing the view. Rooms are in good condition. There is a big confusion in my mind when compared the presidential / executive suites with standard room. Reasonable complementary breakfast. Stay away from ground floor rooms. Staff is very supportive & helpful & decent. We had several meals there & can't complain on the taste & quantity. But bit overly priced.

Perfect Location With a greater view but poorly managed & maintained

Very Good hospitality, prompt service and superb location

We booked a precidential suite of this hotel for one night stay on our coastal road trip. Hotel is easily locatable. check in was smooth, Room size was okay but lacking with basic facilities. Brocken and leaking bidet shower, spot on bed spread as well as on pillow cover. Loose tap of basin, corroded faucets and shower. Water coming from tap was salty but we all know that it's a common thing at sea shore. TV was pretty small and needed to be checked once.
The hotel has its own entrance to the beach, which is an advantage.
  The only best thing about this hotel was dinner. Local delicacies served hot was wonderful. 
  My experience was of mixed type. I would rather select another place next time to stay which are actually ample in devbaug.

Simple average stay with nice food

Excellent property but needs maintenance. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Service was bit slow when we visited but staff is very  customer friendly. Nicely situated property gives you access to the beach from the property itself. If they maintain a property its a very nice place for couple or family of group bookings as well. Great experience for us. Location is very peacefull and food is also good. Due to some local regional jatra during end of jan 18 they were having shortage of staff and the same resulted in delayed service on food ordering. The manager suggested its a very rare case and they are trying their best. Excellent place to staywith peaceful surroundings.

Good resort

First of all, Tarkarli is not the kind of place where you can have high expectations from a hotel or resort. Yet, this one doesn't come across as bad. The property is well maintained and right at the beach, which is a good thing. The staff is not as mature or hospitable as one would hope for, but it's not bad from "Tarkarli" standards. Rooms are good and you do have a wonderful view of the beach as well.

Food is not that great and if you wish to enjoy real Malvani food, I would suggest eating at local places near the boat pickup point. Related to this, a slight downside of this place is that it is not very close to where the action happens, and it is tough to find transport in Tarkarli. So, you either arrange transport for the whole day (which we did) or, you will have to rely on rickshaws (not easily available). The hotel wasn't very resourceful or cooperative, like in other places.
