Rooms are good and the room rates are quite reasonable for the facilities provided
Would recommend for staying here when compared to the other hotels in karur. The room service is excellent and they get you all food from nearby restaurants. You can specify the place where you need the food from

Check in is prompt; staff are very courteous and helpful; centrally located, being close to bus stand and railway station; budget rooms but neat & clean; Free Wi-fi; nice room service (though they don't have a restaurant in the hotel premises); what I like the most is the "extra mile" service of the staff - for example I was on a diet and needed some cucumbers etc. and they sent someone to the nearby market to get the same for me - that's extra mile in my view

Had a one night stay on arriving in karur. Reached quite late but the staff was quite helpful and ensured that we quickly got to our room.

Decent facility and offering meals in room. Has Wi-Fi and aircon with fans.

Just off the Karur main road with plenty of transport options available.

The rooms are good and rates affordable. But unfortunately, except for the nice lady during day hours, the front desk puts forth poor customer service and lukewarm concern for guest service. Room service is not upto the mark either. There is a room boy who is abjectly unhelpful ( this is no unfounded antipathy)  and has a very unfriendly countenance all the time. Otherwise, the hotel is good and I would like to come back whenever I visit Karur.

Pleasant stay at a Budget Hotel

The hotel is located on the main road with a few good restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms and toilets are neat and clean and there is also a small parking. The worst part of the stay is the behaviour of the lady in the front desk, she is rude and arrogant. She never listens to you and will walk away while you will still be asking something. I felt as if she has done a great favour on me by letting me stay in that hotel. I have decided to never visit that hotel again in my life. All the other staff are good, but the front desk lady will assure that your experience is spoilt.

I asked some doubts to the receptionist (the short lady one who wearing specs), she was very lethargic and her reply to the customer was very irritating. And she was busy in chatting in her mobile phone
