We stayed in the Zum Zum houseboat(Club Mahindra property) , looked after by Sohail, Nisser and Mudasir, for 3 nights along with my husband and daughter. The staff was extremely welcoming and good at service. We were offered suite room as per our desire. Although separated from the mainland, the houseboat provided us with everything we needed-hot water, wifi, food, tea/coffee at any hour, and shikara ride. The staff gave us a highlight of the tour which was helpful and they guided us with the itenary to be followed. The stay in all was amazing and we hope to visit here soon for a peaceful stay.
